“This is Unbox's second center; the first one is located at 4 Paliashvili Street. It's newly renovated, and the receptionist is polite and very pleasant. There are two rooms and capsules (mini-rooms for one person) for rent. The center also has a kitchenette. The center is staffed primarily by psychologists and psychotherapists. All rooms have internet access, so if you need to hold an online session or Zoom meeting, you can do so easily at the center. The rooms are air-conditioned, and the capsules have soundproofed walls. Everything here is also brand new, including the furniture. The reception area plays pleasant music, there's a comfortable sofa for waiting clients, and coffee and cookies are available upon request. I haven't rented one myself, only visited, but I really liked the center's atmosphere. Books are also available for purchase (on topics such as psychology and personal development).”

“I had an appointment with Victoria. Initially, I wanted to have my comedones cleansed. I have oily skin prone to comedones, but we had already made good progress with another esthetician in another city. However, my perioral dermatitis was still unmanageable, so I decided to try La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume cream. It was making my skin terribly congested, which made me want to have a cleansing. After examining me, Victoria said she didn't recommend a cleansing right now, as my skin was quite sensitive and needed to be prepared for such an invasive procedure. Good, I thought, makes sense. She then prescribed me a cleansing shampoo with ketoconazole and Epiduo cream with adapalene and benzoyl peroxide. Later, I realized it was odd to prepare my skin for a cleansing with these products, as they make it more sensitive. During the consultation, she said she'd do some spot removal. I thought it would be comedones, but it was an area with inflamed acne, and then some kind of peel was applied. She said, as she suggested, that peeling shouldn't be used (then why would they apply it anyway, even spot-treating). Ultimately, the consultation ended on a positive note. BUT A couple of days have passed, and this area looks absolutely terrible, and not even from a purely aesthetic standpoint. It looks like a chemical burn. I've never had such an experience after visiting a cosmetologist. I'm not a dermatologist or cosmetologist, but if a specialist sees an existing problem with a vulnerable skin barrier, I don't understand why they should test it like this. Now I don't know how long it will take for this area to heal. P.S. I was also offered SPF for 245 GEL, which I declined. They also prescribed 3 acne treatments, which include peeling, cleansing, and phototherapy. The need for such regular cleansing and peeling is unclear. There really is a feeling that the specialists have no desire to help, but only to prolong the duration of a visit to this salon.”

I started dental treatment at the Dental Clinic in Batumi, and for some reason they started treating five teeth simultaneously, ignoring my departure dates, which I repeatedly mentioned. In the end, they told me they couldn't finish three teeth because of the technician, and what to do about it was my problem. They put flat fillings, not ridged ones, on three molars, but they didn't have time to apply onlays. I went to Sanare urgently because I was traveling, and they responded quickly and resolved my dental issue. They have their own technician, so all work on fabricating tooth parts is done quickly. Furthermore, the doctor recommended against onlays, as they were unsuitable for my teeth; my teeth are healthy—ridged fillings are better. So, they restored three fillings. After I left, I developed a nagging sensitivity. I was trying to figure out how serious it was and whether I was in trouble (there were no dentists in my small town, and I didn't want to leave soon to begin serious dental work or travel to neighboring towns for dental care; I was also afraid of the consequences if a tooth were to die). I sought help online. At the first miracle clinic, the doctor asked for a photo and said the problem was in the neighboring tooth. Here, the doctor asked a lot of questions and correctly identified the cause—an overbite, nothing serious and quickly corrected. So I went to a dentist in a neighboring town once, they corrected my bite, and everything is fine. Thank you for the high-quality and prompt care!”

I waited patiently for the first 2 hours, but for some reason the doctor started behaving in an ugly and unprofessional manner: she sighed heavily; she started accusing me of not eating enough, which is why I have drooling and it was bothering her (I suggested she turn on a saliva drain, she didn't use it, although she should have, especially since the process was taking a long time); there was a lot of unfounded dissatisfaction on her part, then I suggested leaving it at that, only after that did she fall silent, and spent another hour "sharpening" the filling. 2 hours of "installing" the filling and a whole hour of "sharpening"... After this three-hour "treatment", my jaw still wouldn't close. But the doctor said she wasn't going to remove the extra filling ("extra" is her word), and that it was my teeth that were to blame. I clarified that my teeth had been clenching before the appointment. Ultimately, I had to have the filling finished at another clinic. Incidentally, the doctor there completed the "grinding" in less than a minute. I understand that a doctor can be inexperienced and take longer to complete their work. I'm fine with that. But it's not normal to behave unprofessionally, refuse to finish the work they've started, and blame the client for their own failure. Furthermore, during the "treatment," the doctor unexpectedly found a million problems with my teeth, for example, suggesting that I get root fillings on five teeth, claiming I felt pain there, even though I said I had no dental complaints and that I came to replace an old, darkened filling. I won't even mention the non-existent cavities and "wedge-shaped syndrome" in half my mouth.”

The pills they gave me to take home were opened. (1 pc) My friend (because I couldn't come) went there and they exchanged it for another one... but they gave me the wrong one!
