I was scheduled for an ultrasound at 4:00 PM and waited for half an hour. The reception staff called the doctor, and she said, 'I'm on my way, another 20 minutes.' Why do I make it to my appointment on time, but the doctor does not? I have been to this clinic multiple times before, and there is always something to wait for, whether it's a meeting or something else. I never felt like the doctor was focused solely on me.

Today I had an appointment with gynecologist Alisa Gvarishvili, it was a wonderful visit, a competent doctor who answered all my questions in detail. I will gladly come again next time. I highly recommend it. I also want to note that the receptionists are polite and wonderful girls.

I had a hysteroscopy with polyp removal at the clinic. I only have positive impressions. The operation was performed by Dr. Irina Nikuradze — a very competent, attentive, and kind specialist. She explained everything in detail, which helped me feel calm and confident. I also want to highlight the entire clinic staff — they are very welcoming, caring, and responsive. After the operation, they monitored me until my condition was fully normalized, constantly checking on how I was feeling and not letting me go until they were sure everything was fine. A big thank you to the doctor and the entire clinic team for their professionalism, attentive care, and quality medical assistance!

A horrific experience. During a laser procedure inside the uterus, Irina Nikuradze tore apart adhesions without anesthesia. My wife fainted from the pain and demanded that she stop, but the doctor ignored her cries and continued, risking, as she herself admitted, puncturing the uterus. No empathy, complete professional incompetence, and a disregard for the patient's pain. On top of all this, there was intimidation and persistent promotion of surrogacy instead of real treatment.

Doctor Irina Nikuradze threatens me with infertility, insists on surrogacy, and puts my health at risk. I made no attempt to help, only intimidation. I went to another clinic, and six months later, my health problems were gone. My conclusion: if a "doctor" isn't willing to help solve health problems, why are they working there? I got the impression the clinic is simply promoting surrogacy. They don't aim to treat or help. Furthermore, Nikuradze harmed my health. I signed up for endometrial laser therapy with her (on her strong recommendation, by the way). During the procedure, I felt ill and lost consciousness from the pain, but the "doctor" didn't stop and continued the "treatment," even after I regained consciousness and insisted on stopping. Incidentally, I no longer go to any "therapies" without my husband, because unscrupulous "doctors" don't listen to the patient or monitor their well-being. As it turned out later, she immediately realized the procedure shouldn't have been performed, but she decided to do it, even though she said she risked puncturing my uterus. After that, she started insisting on surrogacy again. There's no trust or respect for such a "specialist." She'd rather harm a woman's health so she has no choice but to give birth naturally or find a surrogate mother. It's outrageous.
