What 100doc.ge is
100doc.ge is a review site for doctors and clinics in Georgia. We bring together, in one place, information about specialists — their specialty, years of experience, clinic, and contact details — along with genuine patient reviews, so that someone looking for a doctor in Tbilisi, Batumi, or another Georgian city doesn't have to piece it together from a dozen scattered sources. The directory runs in three languages — Russian, Georgian and English — because those are the languages our three main reader groups actually use: local residents, expats, and medical tourists.
Where the data comes from
Doctor and clinic profiles are compiled from public sources — clinic websites, public map listings, official registries — and also directly from doctors and clinics themselves through the site's cabinet. If a specialist or a clinic wants to correct an inaccuracy in their profile or add missing details, they can do so through the cabinet; some submissions go through manual moderation.
Why we're independent
100doc.ge isn't owned by any single clinic or medical network — that matters to us, because otherwise the directory couldn't be impartial. The site does offer advertising to clinics (see "Advertise with us" in the footer), but that's a separate page and it doesn't interfere with any individual doctor's or clinic's profile.
How ratings are calculated
A doctor's or clinic's rating on 100doc.ge is an aggregate of real user reviews — a numeric score plus a written comment. If a doctor has no reviews on our site yet, no rating is shown; we don't substitute a citywide average or borrow a score from elsewhere without attribution. This is a deliberate choice: medical decisions affect people's health, and we don't want a choice of doctor to rest on a number nobody can verify.
Translations and data accuracy
Where there is no separately reviewed version, English and Georgian translations of some descriptions and articles are produced automatically, and we try to mark this explicitly where it applies. Doctor and clinic data is sourced from public records and can go out of date faster than we can re-verify it — if you spot an inaccuracy, contact details are listed on the Contacts page. Content on this site is informational and does not replace a consultation with a doctor.
Who uses the directory
We see three main groups of readers. The first is local residents of Tbilisi, Batumi and other Georgian cities looking for a doctor nearby or in a specific specialty, who want to read other patients' reviews before booking. The second is expats who have moved to Georgia and don't know who to see in an unfamiliar healthcare system — for them, filtering by the language a doctor sees patients in (Russian, English) and a clearly translated profile matters most. The third is medical tourists travelling to Georgia for a specific procedure — most often dentistry or cosmetic surgery — who compare clinics by reviews and pricing before the trip. The directory's filters — by city, specialty, language and clinic — are built around all three cases.

Beyond patient reviews, there are official sources of medical information in Georgia. The Ministry of Health of Georgia publishes state healthcare policy and registries of licensed medical facilities at moh.gov.ge. The National Center for Disease Control and Public Health of Georgia (NCDC) publishes epidemiological data and official guidance at ncdc.ge. We link to these because we think readers should be able to cross-check any healthcare information against official sources rather than relying on a single site — especially when a decision involves a serious diagnosis or an urgent situation, where the difference is measured in hours, not days.
