I had a tooth extraction with Dr. Alifon, a wonderful person and doctor! I was very anxious, but they tried to encourage me, talk to me, and joke around - it was very valuable for my inner child ❤️ I also want to mention the assistant, a wonderful girl; everything went very smoothly in a comfortable environment. At the end, they explained how to properly care for my gums, gave me a number, and said to write or call immediately if anything came up. This once again confirms their professionalism and attentive approach to their patients 💘 There is also a lovely girl named Veronica on the second floor; I will soon go to her for treatment of my other teeth, and I am confident everything will be great 🥰🫶🏻 Thank you 🙏

I tried to get a cleaning and examination covered by GPI insurance. My first appointment was rescheduled for a week later, with a call in advance. I arrive today for my second appointment, 5 minutes before the scheduled time. I’m asked to sit and wait. 15 minutes pass from the scheduled time. I politely ask how much longer I need to wait, and I receive complete silence in response. Well, I wait some more. Almost 40 minutes go by, and I get zero attention. I ask again how much longer I need to wait. In response, I get counter-questions: who are you here to see?, what procedure?, is it covered by insurance? Some movement starts, a girl calls someone, then talks to another girl. After that, I get the following: the doctor is running late and will be here soon (!!!). First of all, soon means 2 minutes or 30, there’s a big difference since I’ve already waited 40. Secondly, there’s a phone, and such things should be communicated; why does the doctor decide how to manage my time? I changed my plans for this appointment, and I still need to work my 8-hour day, which hasn’t disappeared. Just wasted time. Update: I made a new appointment today at the same clinic, but with a different doctor, as unfortunately, this is the only provider dental office from the insurance. After a while, the clinic manager calls me back and says they won’t see me because I left a bad review on Google Maps. I heard no apologies or any willingness to rectify the situation. I was told that "this is not how we do things in Georgia" and that "I should understand the situation." Of course, no one was willing to understand my situation.

Strange attitude towards treatment; when I approached with a specific problem, I was told that it was too early to treat it since the problem was not yet critical. I recommend better to go to other clinics.

I went with my daughter for a teeth cleaning. It seems like it should be simple, right? But from the very first movements of the dentist, I felt carelessness and negligence; it was painful in places because the gums were being hit. It felt like she was in a hurry; the cleaning lasted only 15 minutes! She missed a spot where there were still tartar, probably thinking I wouldn't notice. My daughter couldn't eat at all that day; she scratched her lips on the inside. And they charged us 360 lari for both! We are extremely dissatisfied with this dental clinic and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Very polite staff. Dr. Tamta is very professional, patient, and explains everything clearly. She speaks Russian well.

I visited this clinic on October 31st to get a retainer on my lower jaw. Everything seemed fine at first, but then it all went wrong. They filled so much material that my jaw wouldn't close properly. I asked for the same treatment as my upper jaw, but my requests and wishes were ignored, with the explanation that it was better this way, more reliable, and that the previous dentist's work would fall out, even though I've been going there for years and it's still intact. They sealed my teeth with their reliable fillings so tightly that it's impossible to clean the spaces between them. They simply "glued" all my teeth together, saying that cleanings every six months are the only way to achieve this. Apparently, they think people with orthodontic appliances don't brush their teeth, but only have dental hygiene appointments every six months and walk around with rotten, but straight, teeth. The doctor only put on a cap after her hair had been in my mouth. They touched every surface with gloves first, and then they went into my mouth. They hit cotton wool with the drill, sending it flying all over my mouth and throat, hitting other teeth, accidentally filing down my canines, which can't be restored. I was completely dissatisfied with their work. In tears and shock, I asked them to put everything back the way it was, to relieve this excruciating discomfort, but the woman started yelling at me that they wouldn't remove anything until I paid. I ended up paying, and they didn't remove this horrible thing, but fortunately, their super-reliable work fell off that same evening, and I didn't have to suffer for long. I seriously doubt the procedure was performed by an orthodontist. Does anyone in this clinic even have a medical degree, or even a college degree? I didn't get my money back.

The worset Dental 🦷 clinic I’ve ever visited, the doctor is unprofessional, they are not clean, they don’t even cover your hair while they are working, they don’t clean teeth 🦷 good, I don’t recommend it at all.

The doctor is very attentive, always answers questions, and supports me at every stage of the treatment. I can already see the first results, and this motivates me even more. The atmosphere in the clinic is cozy, the staff is friendly—coming here is not at all scary 😊."
