I was treated by Dr. Irakli, it went great, and the rehabilitation was easy.

My wife and I have been going to this clinic for several years. I came to this clinic with a tooth in a pre-pulpitis condition, and thanks to Lia's efforts, I was able to save the tooth. Now I only get treated here.

Terrible attitude and treatment. I strongly do not recommend this pair of doctors: Lia Tsinkabadze and Megi Mamuladze. A plan was set by Lia Tsinkabadze - first cleaning and then filling the teeth. I was scheduled for cleaning with Dr. Megi Mamuladze at 14:00, the doctor was late and accepted me 20 minutes after the scheduled time. Immediately after cleaning on the same day at 16:00, I was scheduled for a filling with Dr. Lia, but something went wrong and the schedule shifted. I was allocated only 30 minutes for the filling, everything was done in a hurry, and Lia, who is considered a certified doctor, simply placed the filling in a place where the tooth had not been cleaned of stones by Dr. Megi Mamuladze (photo attached). When I came for the next appointment for filling with Lia, I asked at the reception if it was possible to finish the procedure, the girl (not being a doctor) began to speculate aloud that such stones could have arisen within a week. Naturally, I started to dispute this, and our conversation was overheard by a doctor, unfortunately, I do not know his name, who said that I was not cleaned properly. Then, in response to these words, I was questioned why I did not sign up for the second part of the cleaning (the doctor did not warn me that I needed two visits). As a result, on the same day, I was scheduled for the second part of the cleaning, after which I went for filling with Lia. On the same day, again in some haste, I was filled a tooth that was not complicated (words of Dr. Liana). After filling, we started discussing the treatment of the next tooth, which was more serious, but for some reason Dr. Liana said that she needed to work with this tooth in tandem with another doctor who was on a business trip and would return only in 2 weeks (and here I doubted her competence as a doctor). A date was set for when the colleague doctor would return from the business trip. During this time, I came for a visit to Megi Mamuladze for cleaning, and the first question that came from the doctor was: "Why was I not scheduled at the reception for the second cleaning procedure?" as if I should regulate this. We started cleaning, Dr. Megi this time thoroughly cleaned each tooth, but during the procedure on the chewing teeth where the problem was, a reflex of discomfort was triggered several times. Feeling that Dr. Megi had not finished the last two teeth on the right, she simply began to pack all the instruments and proceed to the final polishing of the teeth. When I asked why we did not finish the last two teeth, the answer was: "Do you want?" Sorry, but I came for quality work, especially for such money, and I consider this an incompetent attitude from the doctor! I replied - yes, I want. We successfully finished the cleaning, at the end asking for a mirror for assurance, the doctor was very displeased. This was the last straw for this place. And all would be nothing, I would not write this review if I did not have to redo the tooth that Dr. Lia did, who placed the filling in an uncleaned place (photo attached), and the process began which caused sensitivity and twitching (the photo with the mirror shows that the material under the filling has darkened, indicating the beginning of the process). Words that they give a one-year warranty and in this case, I can contact them, thank you, I worry that the work will be done poorly as it was the first time. Faced with a series of such situations, I reread the comments about this establishment and saw that Dr. Lia does not close the tooth for the first time without cleaning it completely. Stay healthy, take care of yourself.

I visited this clinic with insurance. The staff is friendly. I came with an appointment, and I didn't have to wait. The prices are reasonable.

Which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. Doctor Tekla explained every step in a clear manner and carried out the procedure gently and effectively.
