I had a very unpleasant experience with Genesis in Batumi. I did the PREMIUM check-up 'Full Control 40+' for 960 lari. We chose this one specifically because we expected a comprehensive examination of the body based on the name and description. Yes, my mistake — I trusted the word 'premium' and didn't sit down to check every line of what was included and what wasn't. But, honestly, you expect a completely different approach from such a package. In reality, it turned out that we paid for the check-up, came for the examination, and at every stage it became clear that something was not included and needed to be paid extra. The additional tests ended up costing almost the same amount as the check-up itself. The most confusing part is how this can be called 'full control' when even for a urologist's consultation, the necessary tests are not included? It turns out that a person pays for a comprehensive examination but still does not get a complete picture of their health. It creates the impression that the package is designed to attract clients with a beautiful name and then gradually add services for separate payment. The clinic doesn't even deserve one star for such an approach!

The attentive administrator Tamara. I visit the endocrinologist at the clinic. Everything is satisfactory. The initial consultation is 70 lari, and a follow-up is 30. I also had an ultrasound. The doctor is good. You can get tests done at the clinic. They use Mlab for this service. The prices are nice, about the same as in Synevo.

The clinic's attentive staff never abandons you in difficult situations, striving to help and find the best treatment. Tests can be taken very quickly on-site.

The best blood draw of my life! I can't see any veins, and I was terrified of leaving the procedure room with huge bruises, but voila! A tiny injection and that's it! I'm thrilled as a clam, eagerly awaiting the test results 👏

Me and my mom had an amazing experience coming to Genesis. We have done ultrasounds, blood tests and had a consultation with a specialist. All of these went smoothly with the highest level of proficiency. We had no wait time, no line. All team members were honest and polite, listened very attentively to all our health concerns and provided the best services and consultations. I would highly recommend Genesis to everyone who is looking for easy-going services! I will definitely come back!

My wife had no complaints about her gynecologist appointment, and she was also pleased with the service. But there's one catch. I understand that the questions are not directed at the clinic, but at the lab, but that doesn't change the essence of the matter. I don't know what's going on here in Batumi, whether it's an antibiotic mafia or simply poor-quality equipment, but this is serious crap with serious treatment, so I hope my comment helps someone. I advise the clinic to consider this lab.
