I'm terrified of dental procedures, but I flew all the way from Germany to this professional clinic! The procedures were complicated—cyst removal, implant placement—but everything went as smoothly as a whistle, for which I'm incredibly grateful. The best quality at a reasonable price, and the dentists are brilliant.

This clinic saved me from excruciating pain today. My wisdom tooth had been hurting for three days, and it was getting worse with each passing day. On the morning of the fourth day, I realized I couldn't stand it anymore, so I wrote to the clinic asking for an appointment as soon as possible. I was seen that same day at 2:00 PM. I'm incredibly grateful to Dr. Ksenia and her assistant. They carefully removed my tooth, and they reassured and supported me the entire time—it was clear the doctors were doing everything with the utmost care. Thank you!

I had a professional teeth cleaning and was very pleased. The procedure was gentle and painless. They removed tartar and plaque, and my teeth are noticeably cleaner and brighter. I have very sensitive teeth, so they did it under anesthesia, and everything went smoothly. The staff was polite, everything was clean and organized. I recommend it.

I haven't been to the dentist for about six years, and today my journey is complete: all my cavities are treated and all my wisdom teeth are removed. I'm writing this review for those who, like me, are terrified of dentists due to childhood injuries. I really liked that you can schedule an appointment via Telegram – it's super convenient. They respond quickly and immediately sent me a price list. I honestly admitted that I didn't understand anything about this and didn't know where to start. They offered me a professional cleaning with a consultation. First step: I went to see Larisa Morozova and immediately said I was scared. She spoke to me so gently and carefully, explaining every step, that I completely stopped being nervous. After the cleaning, Larisa held a consultation, and I finally came up with a plan. IT DIDN'T HURT! Wisdom teeth removal: I went to Ksenia Vapnyar to have my wisdom teeth removed. I wanted to remove them in pairs, but Ksenia advised removing the upper one first, then the lower one, so I could get a feel for how the recovery was going. And if all went well, then remove the other side at once. And that's what they did. I kept waiting for the nightmare to begin, but in the end, they took the tooth out in a couple of minutes! Overall, I was in the chair for about 15-20 minutes, most of it under anesthesia. I didn't even realize it was over. Ksenia showed me the tooth, and I couldn't believe they'd taken it out so quickly. My main fear was that they'd break my jaw (yes, that's how it was), but Ksenia calmly explained why that was impossible and answered all my "stupid" questions. Incidentally, I had no swelling at all. I think that's partly due to my unique personality and certainly the doctor's gentle touch. You can also take the teeth back, which is what I did. IT DIDN'T HURT AT ALL! Caries treatment: After the extraction, I made an appointment with Larisa Morozova to have the remaining cavity treated. It's really cool that you can book a two-hour appointment at the clinic and have a large amount of work done in one sitting. It was so comfortable that I... fell asleep in the chair! Special thanks to Larisa for her patience with filing my fillings: for me, this is a trigger from childhood (doctors would yell at me if I said more than three times that something was "bothering me"). Here, they filed everything down to the last detail, using carbon copies, until I felt everything was perfect. No pressure, just support. I never felt even a hint of irritation, and the doctor always so kindly called me by name. IT DID NOT HURT AT ALL! Results: The clinic has a very warm atmosphere, everything is modern, and appointments are punctual. The receptionists are very polite. The prices are reasonable and completely transparent. I got everything cured in two and a half months—which is very gratifying, as I wanted everything done quickly. If you're worried, just tell the doctors directly; they won't judge you, but will help you. I'm passing the baton to my husband; he'll be getting treatment here too, because he's seen from me that it's neither painful nor scary. Thank you so much!

I came to the clinic with the feeling that the tooth could no longer be saved and that I would need an implant. After the review, Dr. Ksenia suggested a more conservative option restoring it with a crown. It has been almost 6 weeks now: the tooth has fully adapted, and I have no pain or discomfort at all. Everything feels natural and well integrated. An unexpected bonus my smile looks more harmonious :) I would also like to highlight Dr. Ksenia, the clinic’s owner a truly highly professional.

I want to share my negative experience with doctor Ksenia Vapnyar. This is my subjective opinion based on my situation and formed after consulting several other specialists. Based on what happened, I cannot recommend either this doctor or the clinic. In October 2025, I went to have a tooth removed due to inflammation and a cyst in the sinus area (the 6th tooth on the upper jaw). The extraction itself was painless - this is perhaps the only positive aspect for me. After the extraction, according to the doctor, the cyst was cleaned and a sponge was placed in the wound. When I asked about the need for stitches, I was told that it wasn't necessary and everything would heal "on its own." On the day of the operation, I started to experience fluid leaking from my nose and the sensation of air passing between my mouth and the sinus. I contacted the doctor, but I was assured that "everything is fine" and no further action was needed. I returned on the 2nd or 3rd day after the extraction, where the doctor looked at the X-ray taken ON THE DAY of the extraction. She didn't bother to take another one, completely ignoring my words about the air passing between my mouth and the sinus. THIS CLEARLY INDICATED THE PRESENCE OF A COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE MOUTH AND THE SINUS. Now, looking back, I suspect that the passage could have been opened by her (but very small, almost imperceptible), or I might have created pressure in my mouth. Or this passage increased for that reason. It's impossible to know now, and it doesn't really matter. From her side, I was given standard recommendations, without considering the specifics of my case. For example, there was no emphasis on the prohibition of creating pressure in the mouth, which, as I later learned from other specialists, can be critical when there is communication with the sinus. And I was sneezing and blowing my nose, creating this pressure, including while rinsing my mouth. The doctor told me directly after the extraction, even before she took the X-ray, that I had a very thin bone, that the tooth was right in the sinus root. I’m not a surgeon, but if the tooth is in the sinus root, and if she said she cleaned the cyst, how could she not see the hole? I don’t understand. So I ended up going for 5 months, waiting for a miracle. After 5 months, I consulted other doctors in another country. After examination, they confirmed the presence of a communication between the mouth and the sinus (visible on the X-ray). A CT scan was not done at that time because the wound needed to be opened and stitched anyway. During the operation, it was found that a new cyst and inflammation had formed. Everything was removed, and gum plastic surgery was performed, with stitches applied to close the passage. A course of antibiotics for 2 weeks was also required. After two weeks, the stitches were removed. And now everything is fine. All of this could have been avoided if I had been stitched up, and ideally, if they had suggested doing gum plastic surgery and closing everything tightly right after the extraction. Or at the very least, if they had given proper recommendations (I was given a standard leaflet with recommendations after tooth extraction without complications). Immediately after this operation, I contacted the clinic in Batumi, hoping for a constructive dialogue. Perhaps I initially expressed myself emotionally, but later I provided medical documents and examination results. Nevertheless, my arguments were not accepted, and the doctor's position remained unchanged. Moreover, the doctor's reaction seemed to me (and not just to me) inadequate. She threatened with lawsuits and talked about some offended honor. After all, no one in this world makes mistakes, right? I got the impression that this doctor does not consider the acknowledgment of possible complications or mistakes for herself. Meanwhile, I am paying for her mistake not only with money but also with lost time for orthodontic treatment. Despite the fact that the doctor is very experienced, she can make a mistake, and there is nothing criminal about it (unless, of course, it leads to a fatal outcome). But her behavior and denial of her guilt in this situation speaks volumes. And if you find yourself in a similar situation with her, you will not be able to achieve anything from her. Not even a simple apology, let alone compensation for damages.

I'm sharing my negative experience with Dr. Ksenia Vapnyar. This is my subjective opinion, based on my situation and after consulting with several third-party specialists. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend either this doctor or this clinic. Now, looking back, I suspect the passage could have been opened as she did (but very small, almost imperceptible), or I could have done so by creating pressure in the oral cavity. Or perhaps the passage had enlarged for this reason. It's impossible to know now, and it's not important. She gave me standard recommendations, without taking into account the specifics of my case. They didn't do a CT scan at that time because the wound had to be opened and sutured anyway. During the surgery, they discovered a new cyst and inflammation had formed. They removed everything and performed a gum graft, placing stitches to close the passage. I also needed a two-week course of antibiotics. The stitches were removed after two weeks. Or, at the very least, if they had given me proper recommendations (I was given a standard sheet with recommendations after an uncomplicated tooth extraction). Immediately after this operation, I contacted the clinic in Batumi, hoping for a constructive dialogue. Perhaps I initially expressed myself emotionally, but I subsequently provided medical documents and examination results. However, my arguments were not accepted, and the doctor's position remained unchanged. Moreover, the doctor's reaction struck me (and not only me) as inappropriate. She threatened legal action and spoke of some kind of injured honor. After all, no one in this world makes mistakes, right? I got the impression that this doctor simply doesn't consider acknowledging possible complications or errors. And yet, I am ultimately paying for her mistake not only with money but also with lost time for orthodontic treatment.
