High-Tech Hospital "Medcenter"

I arrived at 16:40, and the clinic works until 18:00. They didn't see a single patient at the reception for half an hour. As a result, my doctor left, and I had to come back the next day. The next day, they simply skipped my ticket number at the reception, and in response to my complaint, they just gave me a new ticket for another hour of waiting. Terrible service.

I called the hotline to find out the doctor's working hours, and I was told that he works until 4 PM without an appointment, just a live queue. I arrived at 3 PM, and at the reception, they told me that he works until 3 PM! I am just at a loss for words about how brazenly they misinform people!

The operation went perfectly, but the hospital is very poor. After a 350 lari operation, they told me, 'Go buy a band-aid at the pharmacy and cover the wound, we don't have any other band-aids.'

I want to leave the most positive review about the ophthalmologist-surgeon of Metcenter, Dr. Lika Lomia. I approached her with complicated secondary cataract, and she performed the surgery wonderfully. She is a very attentive specialist and provided very competent prescriptions. Huge thanks and respect to the entire ophthalmology team at Pushkin.

The security staff communicates very rudely. My child had surgery, and the father and mother were not allowed to go to the floor to wait for the operation to finish. As for the medical staff, I give them a 5. I am satisfied with their work.

There are huge queues for paying for tests. The girl at the number issuing desk gives out numbers that have already passed, which creates confusion. You come hungry, not even having had a sip of water, to give a blood test, and in the end, you wait another hour just to pay. And it’s like this every time. The organization is at zero.

I went there using my insurance. Registration took 15 minutes. I waited an hour in an empty office. Everyone was waiting for the ENT doctor. The appointment lasted 5 minutes with minimal examination and no tests. I had to ask to get a chest X-ray because of heaviness and coughing. In the end, they sent me home with the existing antibiotic and spray without any tests... Well, let's see what happens next.

They don’t speak English at all. Rude and indifferent. I don’t think you should trust your health to the staff of this clinic.

An extremely negative experience with this clinic. I was essentially cheated out of 500 lari, charged for fictitious procedures that never took place. Instead of a proper resolution, I was sent to various offices and locations for over three hours, making me wait and waste time. When I started asking questions and demanding an explanation for the services I'd paid for, I encountered not only a lack of assistance but also rude treatment from the staff. They raised their voices at me instead of understanding the situation and providing clear answers. I expected a professional approach and respectful treatment, but instead I was left with a waste of money, time, and nerves. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who values honesty, transparency, and high-quality service.

The blood test was terrible. It was incredibly painful, and now there's a huge bruise at the injection site. My arm feels wobbly.
