An extremely negative experience with this clinic. I was essentially cheated out of 500 lari, charged for fictitious procedures that never took place. Instead of a proper resolution, I was sent to various offices and locations for over three hours, making me wait and waste time. When I started asking questions and demanding an explanation for the services I'd paid for, I encountered not only a lack of assistance but also rude treatment from the staff. They raised their voices at me instead of understanding the situation and providing clear answers. I expected a professional approach and respectful treatment, but instead I was left with a waste of money, time, and nerves. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who values honesty, transparency, and high-quality service.

The blood test was terrible. It was incredibly painful, and now there's a huge bruise at the injection site. My arm feels wobbly.

If you want to wait in line for two to three hours for any appointment (40 minutes at the reception desk, 50 minutes at the lab for tests, and on an empty stomach, etc.), then HERE is the place! Pros: Many specialists in different specialties, X-ray and MRI facilities available. Cons: - Reception (long and unproductive, encouraged by the "I just want to ask!" system, not by appointment) - Doctors' treatment protocols are outdated. - A specialist appointment takes 5-7 minutes (if you're talking)

Cons: - Reception (long and unproductive, encouraged by the "I just want to ask!" system, not by appointment) - Doctors' treatment protocols are outdated. - A specialist appointment takes 5-7 minutes (if you're talking about a health issue, not just chatting about life). - Limited waiting areas (no room to sit in line). - Insurance-based general practitioners are interested in minimal testing, so they rarely refer patients for tests. - And the worst part: inaccurate test results (they attribute illnesses). When retaking PCR and swab tests at any other lab in the city, the results are radically different from those at the medical center. Doctors say this directly, saying their test results are 70% reliable. You shouldn't trust the laboratory, nor the recommendations of many specialists.

The registration process is incomprehensible. I got there over an hour early, missed my appointment anyway and found nobody who could help me figure it out and no signs or instructions or anything.

Disgusting attitude towards cancer patients! To get a CT urgently on Monday and receive the results on Thursday! Moreover, it is impossible to get the results because they simply forgot about us and we have to wait even longer! Horrible, and all of this for a lot of money!!!!!!

Before the surgery, I was sitting on a bench, there was no place in the bed 🤣 the surgeon is good, but the hospital is like something from the 10th century in Europe, it won't help this hospital to reach any level. I wanted to escape and they didn't want to return my money. Pushkina 118, for me, run away from here, I am Georgian and I write poorly.

Good morning! I had an appointment scheduled for 9:20 AM. The clinic's working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. At 9:40, the doctor was not present. No one can answer whether they will come or when. I have wasted my time and money. This is disrespectful to patients.

The queue system is terrible; I stood in line for an hour by number, and as a result, they skipped my number.

I waited in line at the registration for about an hour, then in line for the procedure room for another hour, and then in line for the ultrasound for more than 3 hours. They called everyone into the ultrasound room except for me, even though I handed the nurse the referral from the doctor and the payment receipt, and she said she would call me. Since my ultrasound needed to be done on an empty stomach and I had been without food and water since early morning, and it was already well past lunchtime, I started feeling unwell in the hallway. I couldn't wait any longer and went home.
