They quoted one price over the phone, a different one with the doctor, and a third at the reception. In the end, I went to another clinic.

I want to leave a negative review about the work of the managers at the registration desk. I came to take a test for active B12, which is different from the regular one. The test costs 90 lari. I asked the manager if it was definitely active, and they replied yes. I paid and went to give blood. I want to note that they didn’t ask me if I was taking any medications, which is important in the context of this test! This is the third time I’m taking tests there, and they never ask. When they took my blood, I asked again, is it active B12? They answered yes again. In the end, I received the results today, but it was regular B12, for 90 lari, which I could have done at Sinevo for 48, so I never thought that for such an amount they would do regular B12 for me, even though I clarified several times. Therefore, I will not go there to give blood again, and I do not recommend it to you; it creates a feeling of being treated like just another number and a dismissive attitude towards people.
