I want to share my impression of the appointment with Eduard Braga, ENT specialist. I came to him because of a fish bone that got stuck in my throat. To be honest, I was already sure that it would be very difficult to find it since I hadn't seen it at all. But Eduard found and removed it quite quickly. At that moment, I realized I was in good hands. But the most interesting part came later. As usual, I started asking a million questions 😄 About the throat, about sensations, why certain things might happen, and what is going on inside us. Instead of just giving short answers, Eduard took out a tablet and started showing and explaining everything to me. He literally drew how the throat is structured, what is located where, and why certain problems arise. That really impressed me. Because one can simply do their job: remove the bone, say 'everything is fine', and end the appointment. But one can also take the time to explain to the person what is happening to them, so they can start to understand their health better. I left this appointment with exactly that feeling. Eduard is genuinely interested not only in solving the patient's problem here and now but also in making the patient a bit more knowledgeable about their health issues. He answered questions in great detail, shared various useful things, and provided recommendations — all without making me feel like I was bothering him or asking too many questions. The appointment itself went very smoothly. Eduard is approachable, and it’s calm and pleasant to talk to him. You can see that he loves what he does and treats patients personally. Honestly, I rarely leave a regular doctor's appointment thinking, 'That was great.' But here, I had exactly that feeling. Eduard, thank you! It’s very nice to know that there are doctors who truly care. I wish you to maintain this approach because it’s the little things that build trust in a doctor. 🙏

I do not recommend going to Silc Medical clinics. They charge 1800 lari, and in the end: 1. they lose tests and scans 2. complete indifference to the client, you have to fight for services yourself 3. inadequate staff who understand nothing and know nothing (except for the doctors) 4. they try to swindle money and unnecessary services. They exhausted my nerves more than I had health problems.

Terrible establishment. I went there twice by appointment, and in both cases, the wait was 15-20 minutes. They push unnecessary tests on you, which I had already done at another clinic, and they can see them right in front of them. Overall, the impression is that they don't want to heal you but rather make you come back for a follow-up appointment, to take additional unnecessary tests, etc. I do not recommend.
