Incompetent doctors, useless ultrasound. For some reason, everything looks fine on your ultrasound, but when I go to another place, problems are discovered. Money down the drain, I do not recommend. And I haven't even mentioned the reception staff. A disgraceful establishment, nothing more to say.

They carefully reviewed all my MRIs, tests, and complaints. The doctor is engaged, competent, and really tries to understand the situation, explaining everything in simple terms. I can confidently recommend her.

When you pay money, and not a small amount, you want more attentive treatment from the administrators, at least not a careless one. Every time I take tests and remind them to send me the results, I write - they don’t respond, I have to call. Last time they even sent me old results from summer, while I asked for the test results from January. Another time, I came for an appointment at the scheduled time, but they couldn't find my record in the system, so I had to come back later. I only come here because of the good gynecologist, otherwise, I wouldn’t return.

A couple of months ago, my doctor at home mentioned this to me! How could this young doctor know this without even talking to me first? That shows her attentiveness to people and excellent knowledge in medicine! Dr. Belousova then listened to me carefully and checked all the necessary functions. Everything was done very quickly, accessibly, professionally, and honestly!! What pleasantly surprised me was her extraordinary softness, femininity, and kindness! I believe she is sent by God! I visited the clinic in Batumi twice, and I give such a low rating solely because of the administrator (a blonde with bangs). I reached out for help in an urgent situation because I seriously injured my hand with a rusty nail and asked if they could help me or if I should look elsewhere. To which I was told, 'Well, you made an appointment somehow, how should I know?' The administrator doesn't know if this vaccine can be done urgently, and to ask that, I need to pay 60 lari, while the vaccine itself costs 200 (it is administered for free if a person has been in the country for more than 3 months within a calendar year, regardless of whether they have traveled or not). I'm not against paying, but paying for a full consultation just to ask one question is excessive. If this is the clinic's policy, it's even more unpleasant.

I went to the ENT doctor Eduard with excruciating pain in my throat. (swallowing function is painfully tearful) I mentioned that I had an illness that I was treating with another ENT. In the end, I was told that everything was fine with me. Nothing could be wrong, and I made everything up. And I actually need a neurologist, as I'm just going from doctor to doctor for no reason. I've never encountered such rudeness. For 100 lari, I received a dose of humiliation and a complete lack of diagnosis. I then went to another specialist, where everything was identified and effective treatment was prescribed. I won't set foot in this clinic again.
