I came all the way from Israel for a facial. I was welcomed immediately and was accompanied by a guide, Nina, who was so gentle and professional and explained the entire process to me with great patience. I don't understand how you can give the clinic less than five stars. I will definitely be back to Dar Hifa (literally) for a repeat treatment.

I came to the clinic with an ankle injury and had a scheduled appointment. The friendly receptionist quickly completed all the paperwork and directed me to the ultrasound examination, where the orthopedic trauma specialist, Dr. Bondarev, was also present. After the ultrasound, the doctor thoroughly examined my injured ankle, asked about any other musculoskeletal issues, explained the findings, and prescribed the appropriate treatment. Before leaving, I received the ultrasound report in both Georgian and Russian at the reception desk - special thanks to Dr. Natia. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The staff were professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Thanks you!

I had moles removed by Dr. Dmitry Baliev. He was quick and meticulous. He described the entire process in detail and provided detailed recommendations afterward. The removal was done by excision, the sutures were very neat, and there were no issues with healing.

I got vaccinated against HPV. At the first appointment, the therapist couldn't explain which strains the vaccine protects against. He didn't warn me that it is administered three times at specific intervals. I had to come back again when the doctor finally figured it out. They charged me 100 lari for the 'consultation', plus 30 for the injection. Today I came for the second time. Again, they scheduled a consultation. They charged 100 lari for measuring temperature, blood pressure, and asking, 'Was everything okay after the first injection?' I asked if I could write a waiver of claims so that the doctor wouldn't take responsibility, and we could skip the consultation stage. They replied that they had never done that. I feel cheated. The volume and quality of the services provided do not correspond to their cost at all.

The surgery results made by Dmitry Baliev exceeded my expectations. The seam on the cheek turned out to be almost invisible.

The service at the reception on the 2nd floor with the endocrinologist is not good. They don't answer questions properly, and they seem to show bias based on nationality. I am also a citizen of Georgia, and everything is not free; I paid 1000 lari for tests and for the consultation.

Great clinic, I only have pleasant impressions from the visit. Polite staff, everything is organized clearly and comfortably. I want to express my separate and huge gratitude to the surgeon Dmitry Baliev. I consulted him for the removal of a dermatofibroma. Everything went perfectly, the doctor carefully sutured, and after 2 weeks he removed them. Dmitry is a very kind, open, and tactful specialist. Before the procedure, he answered all my questions, and during the operation, he constantly supported me and explained the actions, which was very calming. After the appointment, I could always write and clarify details about the recommendations. I confidently recommend both the clinic and this specialist!

The doctors are good, but the administrators work absolutely terribly.
