This 5 star is for Dr Sergey Butrii / paediatrician. Very very gentle with baby and sharing good information with parents to help them. We came for vaccination and he made sure it was done quickly in the easiest way for baby and baby could rest a bit in the clinic before leaving. Thank you Dr Sergey, strongly recommended!!

The online consultation for making an appointment was very unorganized; I had to pull answers out of the consultant in Telegram. During the appointment, will I also need to ask leading questions? I had a negative impression right away.

I had an appointment with gynecologist Nato Shengelia at the Digomi branch with a diagnosis of amenorrhea. Instead of ordering me some tests, she immediately prescribed progesterone without figuring out the cause. This same gynecologist advised me to get the HPV vaccine, saying that I only needed to pay for the consultation once, and the other two doses would be free. When it was time for the vaccine, I wanted to make an appointment, but I was told that I needed to pay for the consultation again, 130 lari. I was shocked because the doctor literally withheld information, intentionally hiding it to sell me a service. I wrote to the clinic, and I was met with incompetent rude staff who couldn't handle my objection. "For what?" Excuse me, but can't you train your staff in proper communication, especially without resorting to rudeness? You are a private clinic that positions itself as Russian-speaking, so why do you allow your staff to communicate like this with patients?

Great Russian-speaking doctors and excellent service. We visited both the pediatricians and the dermatologist.

A great clinic, everything was professionally organized. I'd like to especially mention Dr. Konstantin Vitalyevich. He's attentive, engaging, explains everything thoroughly, and genuinely tries to understand the situation rather than just conduct a formal appointment. I was left with a good impression. I highly recommend him!

I had a lower extremity Doppler ultrasound with Lika Gegeshidze. She's a very attentive radiologist; she explained, demonstrated, and explained everything in detail. She also does ultrasounds of internal organs, joints, and other areas. I've been to many clinics in my life, and believe me, Lika is the best.

I really enjoyed my stay at the clinic; the service was pleasant. The staff was very polite, and the general practitioner performed a thorough examination.

Doctor Nino (endocrinologist) is a great professional — takes the time to clearly explain everything so you understand what’s going on and why. The staff is also friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. My only downside is the price — it’s quite an expensive clinic. It’s always clean, but the interior and furniture feel quite worn out, more than you’d expect for the price point.
