I followed up the next day and still received no response. Simply rude and unprofessional. It takes less than a minute to reply.

Hello, my 17-year-old brother has been suffering for 5–6 months from stomach pain, chest/heart pain, difficulty breathing, headaches, and dizziness. It gets much worse at night, with panic and fear. We have visited many doctors and hospitals but still could not find a solution. Please recommend a good doctor who speaks Turkish, Russian, or English. We really need help.

The service level at the clinic is extremely low, as well as the communication with the doctor. I do not recommend visiting.

I was fortunate to get a consultation of allergist and therapist Aleksandr Nazarchuk about my skin reactions. Aleksandr was especially attentive in collecting the anamnesis, asking additional questions. And only when he collected all information, he gave the information about my diagnosis. The clinic is small; I don't know about other branches. I was pleased that there is Russian-speaking staff at the reception. I came with my 4-year-old child and we saw Dr. Pavel Kazakov. He is a very attentive doctor, and I appreciated his delicate approach to my child! He explained everything to me very politely. Now we will try to see him again. I recommend it. My child is doing well, recovered quickly, and the treatment was effective.
