I consulted a psychotherapist named Nadezhda a year ago. I liked the specialist. The doctor did not have a license to prescribe medications in this country at that time (I don't know about now), but during the consultation, we discussed possible options. Help was provided, thank you!

Scheduled an appointment, to which the therapist was late. Tried to contact the clinic, but they ghosted me and refused to issue a refund until I threatened to involve police.

My husband and I chose this surrogacy clinic, and we had a wonderful experience. Everything went smoothly, and we received great support throughout the whole process. We are very grateful to the clinic and the entire team for helping us welcome our healthy baby. ❤️ Thank you for making our dream of becoming parents come true! We are already looking forward to coming back for our second baby.

Just had twins through silk medical surrogacy program, The experience was a very positive one, from the clinic itself but especially the coordinator Anastasia, who organsied everything and did everything she said she would. The clinic is only as good as its international coordinator and Anastasia was very professional and attentive to my wife and I. The best compliment I can give silk is after I used a lawyer to draw up the contract, I never had to contact them again, silk medical and Anastasia did everything they said they would do Thankyou silk and Anastasia.

I'm very sad to even put this review out there. But if you are one of the intended parents, just make sure you do not have to deal with anastasia polonska. She will try in her absolute best to make your journey impossible and difficult. Sadly, the clinic will not do anything to provide an alternative.

My friends were contracted with this clinic. Anastasia Polonska was the said coordinator for international clients. She made their experience so horrid that we are worried to even be associated with this clinic. Her job was to make this experience as smooth as possible. Instead, she made this as one of the toughest journey possible. Refrain, and if you ever have to do with Anastasia, try asking for a secondary contract funnily. She won't even give you one.

Very poor communication. I contacted the clinic before my appointment to explain that I had an unexpected work conflict and asked to reschedule. My messages were read but ignored. I followed up the next day and still received no response. Simply rude and unprofessional. It takes less than a minute to reply.

No unnecessary words

Dr Alexander Nazarchuk was outstanding. We had an emergency involving an elderly relative with pneumonia and an underlying health condition. From the very beginning, he handled the situation with exceptional professionalism, expertise, and empathy. He took the time to understand her full medical history, ordered all the necessary tests, and carefully tailored the treatment to her specific conditions rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Throughout her recovery, he followed up regularly, monitored her progress, and adjusted the treatment when needed. Thanks to his care, she recovered quickly from what could easily have developed into a much more serious situation. We are incredibly grateful for his dedication and highly recommend Dr Nazarchuk to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate physician.
