Service is not friendly

Very good clinic! All the staff understand and speak Russian. Everything is quick and clear. There is a manager named Tatiana who helps you decide which doctor to make an appointment with. I ended up with a wonderful doctor, a therapist-pulmonologist named Eteri Natroshvili. She examined me for an hour and studied my tests and documents (I had a very complicated case). She referred me to a cardiologist for an ultrasound, went with me to the appointment, and talked to the doctor about needing to take a closer look. This doctor was also very knowledgeable. After his conclusion, she made a diagnosis, gave recommendations, and prescribed treatment. The clinic is internally connected to a medical center in the same building, which has a large instrumental and diagnostic base, and if you have something serious that needs immediate attention, a special staff member from the reception will take you there by hand, and the doctors communicate with each other by phone.

I consulted with the endocrinologist Inga Abesadze, and I only have pleasant impressions. A kind woman who knows her job perfectly. She prescribed me a proper treatment and explained everything in detail. Thank you and I recommend her.

I do not recommend this clinic. After being involved in a serious motorcycle accident, my emotional condition worsened significantly, so I scheduled an appointment with a psychiatrist and waited an entire week for it. When I arrived at the clinic at the scheduled time, I was told that the doctor was not there and that all appointments had been postponed until the following Friday. No one bothered to call, send a message, or inform me in advance. To make matters worse, the receptionist first asked me to wait for five minutes, and only after that did they tell me that my appointment had been canceled. Why wasn’t I informed immediately? What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of empathy. I came to the clinic after a serious accident: I had surgery for a fractured collarbone, I’m still recovering from a leg injury, and even getting to the clinic is physically difficult for me. Despite this, I received no apology, no compassion, and no concern for the inconvenience they caused. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a clinic providing psychiatric care, where patients often come in a vulnerable emotional state. I am extremely disappointed with both the clinic’s organization and the way patients are treated.
