I had a wonderful experience! A full specialist consultation, lab tests, and an ultrasound. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them!

They ignored me for two days, then replied, "We'll check for available slots now," and then disappeared again. This isn't a clinic, it's some kind of joke.

Absolute rudeness and a ruined appointment at my expense. Avoid! I had an appointment for a comprehensive genitourinary ultrasound at Solomed for 4:00 PM. The specific nature of this examination requires a full bladder. I prepared diligently, arrived on time, and sat in the hallway for an hour and a half, enduring severe discomfort and pain. When my turn finally came, the doctor announced she would take another patient who arrived later. When I remarked that I physically couldn't stand it any longer with a full bladder, the doctor arrogantly replied, "We don't drink coffee here either." A complete lack of medical ethics and service. The doctor knows perfectly well that holding your bladder too long is harmful to your kidneys, but instead of apologizing for the 90-minute delay, she simply reacted rudely. Terrible attitude. I took my money and left. I will never come back here and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Horrible! When I arrived for my appointment, the doctor was asleep in the office. She opened the door with a glasses imprint on her cheek and rushed into the appointment, which lasted three minutes, maybe even less. The doctor is completely incompetent. A three-minute appointment costs 100 lari—for a woman who just woke up!

My appointment is for 5:00 PM, it's 7:00 PM now, and there's still one person ahead of me on the list. We'll see how long it takes. I might as well have gone to a regular clinic for half the price. Three hours in line there, just like here. After all, you expect something different from private healthcare.
