I consulted with the endocrinologist Inga Abesadze, and I only have pleasant impressions. A kind woman who knows her job perfectly. She prescribed me a proper treatment and explained everything in detail. Thank you and I recommend her.

I do not recommend this clinic. After being involved in a serious motorcycle accident, my emotional condition worsened significantly, so I scheduled an appointment with a psychiatrist and waited an entire week for it. When I arrived at the clinic at the scheduled time, I was told that the doctor was not there and that all appointments had been postponed until the following Friday. No one bothered to call, send a message, or inform me in advance. To make matters worse, the receptionist first asked me to wait for five minutes, and only after that did they tell me that my appointment had been canceled. Why wasn’t I informed immediately? What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of empathy. I came to the clinic after a serious accident: I had surgery for a fractured collarbone, I’m still recovering from a leg injury, and even getting to the clinic is physically difficult for me. Despite this, I received no apology, no compassion, and no concern for the inconvenience they caused. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a clinic providing psychiatric care, where patients often come in a vulnerable emotional state. I am extremely disappointed with both the clinic’s organization and the way patients are treated.

Unfortunately, I only have negative impressions of the clinic. When I made an appointment, I was quoted one price, but at the appointment, it turned out to be significantly higher. When I showed the correspondence confirming the initial price, the staff simply refused to comment on it. Despite having an appointment at a specific time, I waited in line for over an hour. The tests were taken very painfully, after which I was left with a large bruise on my arm. I paid 700 lari for all this, but the level of service did not correspond to this amount at all. I do not plan to return here!
