Jealousy just to open a sick leave.

Terrible service. Incompetent, irresponsible, and ignorant doctors :) I had a meeting with an otolaryngologist that lasted about 1 minute, during which I shared my complaints, and in response, I was told that "I can't help you in any way." Even though I really didn't receive any help, they refused to refund the consultation fee, saying that this also counts as a consultation :)

You cant even get one simple procedure without any issues. Either doctor does not know how to talk to the patient, or you are in a queue for an hr and if you complain “it’s not their fault”, clinic does not give clear information about laboratory as well :)

To be clear, I'm only giving one star because there is no negative review option. Appointment scheduled through the health insurance ARDI. When my wife and I arrived for our 7-year-old son's appointment, he had already been seen through a phone consultation, and the doctor requested that we come in person. When we arrived, no one at the reception was polite; they simply said the doctor had already left and that we should contact the insurance again because it wasn't their problem. Also, since we don't understand Georgian, they kept laughing and not speaking to us. In summary, the clinic should be closed because they do not care for people's health, and people like this should not be in the healthcare field.

They ruined my entire attitude towards the clinic after they didn't respond to my questions. They refused to speak in English or Russian. There was no desire to help at all.

Rude and unprofessional person Rusudan Devadze! Professionalism is not a priority here! There is a complete lack of basic communication culture with patients! After waiting for 5 hours, I wasn't even deemed worthy of a normal response, I didn't know whether to wait again! A doctor like this has no place in a clinic, they belong somewhere else!

Zero out of ten, do not recommend.

We were scheduled to see radiologist Dato Gogoladze. I reminded the doctor that we were on the schedule and asked if it was our turn, and he said he would serve the live queue first and then us. Of course, I declined to visit such a doctor. It was my first time visiting the clinic, and I was hesitant, but now I am sure I won't go back. This doctor should know that there are professional and responsible doctors available.

Terrible service. At the beginning of June, I submitted tests that were supposed to arrive in 10 days. After the designated time, I came to pick them up - they were not there (meanwhile, the gynecologist's appointment was paid for, and without the tests, no treatment could be prescribed). I came today (07.07) - still no tests. According to the clinic, the laboratory somehow did not upload them. The question is - why doesn't the clinic track the receipt of test results for its clients?? So a month has passed, and I am without tests and without treatment. Of course, no one told me when exactly they would be ready! I do not recommend this clinic to anyone! Money is more important here than service and clients.

They don't answer the phone for 1 hour.
