Thank you to Dr. Goderdzi Bolqvadze. He is a very attentive and careful doctor. He supported and encouraged me during the FGDS, which made the examination easier. Thank you very much.

The administrators are not well-informed. They said I could come to see the doctor, but when I arrived, they canceled my appointment.

A very cozy and clean medical facility. The girls at the reception are very skillful at using Google Translate. They are very polite and smile sweetly. There are almost no queues.

This is a mess. We bought Unison insurance and have been paying for six months. When you need to see a doctor, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to do so. The receptionist says to call Unison to make an appointment. But how can you do that when you need it URGENTLY due to SEVERE symptoms? Nobody explains this. Sometimes they have no power, and sometimes the system crashes.

In the end, 4 stars. Even though I booked in advance and paid 45 GEL for a simple procedure with insurance, at the appointed time—scheduled a whole day ahead—the doctor was absent, and nobody knew when they would show up. Eventually, the doctor arrived 35 minutes late and turned a routine procedure into a money-making exercise (too long to explain). And to book another visit with the same specialist, I had to go back again to the family doctor just to get a referral under insurance to the very same specialist.

And to book another visit with the same specialist, I had to go back again to the family doctor just to get a referral under insurance to the very same specialist I already saw! But on the third visit, with another therapist in Room 5, everything was finally sorted out. The payment under insurance was lower, and in ENT Room 12 everything was done perfectly. Turns out, not everything is so bad after all.

The appointment was rescheduled by the clinic to another day. I was scheduled for 5:30 PM and arrived 10 minutes early. I waited until 6:00 PM and was never called in. I had to go in to see the doctor myself since I had an appointment. In response, I was told that there is a 'live queue' and I need to wait. When I objected, the doctor rudely suggested I 'take my money at the reception.' The reception informed me otherwise: there is no live queue, everything is by appointment, the doctor just ran late. Great. But why is this not communicated in advance? That's a rhetorical question. In the end: the clinic does not respect patients' time, the staff cannot agree among themselves, and the doctor allows himself to be rude. If you truly have appointments, stick to them. If not, just say so. The service is below any standard. I won't set foot here again.

I was brought to tears in the lab room. I asked to lower the chair, and the nurse started yelling. Then it turned out that it was broken, and my mood was ruined.

The traumatologist did not see the fracture on the X-ray. Almost 2 months of pills, ointments, procedures, and prescribed ultrasounds. When I went to another place with the old X-ray, which he did not see anything on, they immediately showed me the fracture site, and a repeat X-ray confirmed it. Tests that other clinics do in 1-3 days here can take 2 weeks. There is no electronic queue; if there are many people under the office, you have to walk around asking and figuring out who has an appointment at what time, they do not call you by appointment. The registration staff are often incompetent even in the most basic matters, such as scheduling certain examinations. There are a couple of very good doctors. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't come back to this clinic a second time for anything. I do not recommend.

Disgusting! I made an appointment with family doctor Tamar Beridze through insurance. Without listening to my complaints, the doctor started saying that I couldn't be treated here and my needs weren't funded. When I replied that I could finance my needs myself, and during this visit I wanted to get a consultation regarding my complaints and possibly a referral to another doctor for tests, I heard a lecture about 'newcomers.' The doctor started insulting me in a raised voice and rudely told me to never come back, shouting throughout the clinic to make sure I wouldn't. She simply kicked me out of the office. Medical assistance was never provided. Avoid this doctor, as this specialist is clearly aggressive, incompetent, and unable to fulfill her duties. The impression from the visit was extremely negative. It's very sad that such treatment of patients is allowed in the clinic.
