There are crazy people working at reception here. I called and asked, as in a normal, civilized country - please tell me, how much does an X-ray of two feet cost? - they hang up! I think - well, the line must have dropped. I call back with the same question - again they hang up, upon hearing the question! I call a third time - they hang up without even answering right away. The clinic looks, well, okay, a three out of five. Bright, clean, there's a place to sit, water... but the impression from visiting the therapist and the ultrasound specialist is not very good. The ultrasound specialist is an experienced uncle, clear, understandable, you can see he has seen a lot, you can trust him. The therapist... I don't know, just unpleasant impressions of her, as if she communicated with me disdainfully and arrogantly. And also they seemed not to take my problem seriously, while I had an inflamed lymph node 3-4 days before that. Anyway, I don't know. And also I didn't like that they have no boards or indicators of a free office. And in general there is no English translation at all, although they know that expats come to them.

I had a hysteroscopy, a very good experience. Everything was quick and clear, everyone was very kind and caring. Even with the nurses who don't speak English or Russian fluently, it was easy to communicate and understand each other. Doctor Tamar Dzotenidze is charming and very competent. The clinic is clean, beautiful and pleasant to be in.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I booked my colonoscopy and gastroscopy appointment in advance by phone, but I received almost no useful information about how to prepare for the procedures. I had to figure out most of the preparation myself. When I had questions, I repeatedly tried to contact the doctor’s assistant. She neither spoke English nor Russian and simply hung up on me several times instead of trying to help. I arrived before my scheduled appointment at 10:00 a.m. As required for the procedures, I had not eaten for more than 24 hours. Despite arriving early, I was placed in a live queue and ended up being seen last. An IV catheter was inserted into my hand, and then I had to wait for more than an hour before the procedure even started. The entire experience was poorly organized and very stressful for a patient who was already exhausted from the preparation and fasting. If my insurance company, Unison, had not referred me to this clinic, I would never have chosen it myself. Unfortunately, I will never return to this clinic and cannot recommend it to others.

There is no queue system at all; you have to fight your way through, just like in the old Soviet times.

It is clear that the registration staff were never trained on how to serve patients/clients. And the software they work with and use to print receipts is a separate issue altogether.
