The clinic's reception desk is hell. The staff are extremely rude, speak to you with displeased faces, work slowly, and have an attitude as if the patient is an unnecessary burden to them. The quality of service is so poor that it completely kills any desire to come to the clinic. The queue is not controlled, and you can't tell who goes in where and when. The only reason I keep coming here is my doctor, who is truly a professional and a very good person. Unfortunately, the rest of the clinic's services leave the exact opposite impression. The laboratory service deserves a separate mention: they couldn't draw blood from my vein and ultimately gave up on me. A medical facility should provide patients with basic attention, professionalism and a polite attitude, but here all of that is clearly lacking. A good doctor should not be the only reason a patient puts up with such an environment. The clinic's administration needs to seriously review the work of the reception staff and the culture of communication with patients.

Very poor telephone service!

Imagine having an emergency, but not the kind where someone dramatically calls an ambulance and you’re rushed to the hospital. Instead, it’s the kind where you feel you have a serious problem that needs to be solved urgently, but you can easily go to the hospital on your own. Well, I went to the emergency unit of this hospital exactly under those circumstances. At the reception, there were two ladies who didn’t speak a word of English and who, instead of finding a solution or reassuring you, started laughing as if they were watching a comedy movie. Only, the protagonist of the comedy was you—they were laughing at you. And with their laughter, a sense of helplessness and resignation about what might happen next rises in you. Then, you finally get the chance to speak to a doctor (or someone pretending to be one, judging by the answers). And they tell you they don’t know, they don’t know how to treat your problem. They send you to another hospital (without offering any other alternatives), saying: “maybe they have an emergency department.” That’s my story. I have never in my life met people so unprepared and coarse, so indifferent to the fate of the people right in front of them. I strongly recommend everyone to stay far away from this place, and above all, to go elsewhere if you have an emergency!

If this clinic wants to be listed as an insurance-approved provider for non-Georgian speakers, the staff absolutely needs basic English skills. The language barrier here is a major issue. The receptionist at window 4 could not understand anything I asked. Out of curiosity, I tested this by asking her two completely contradictory questions, and she just said "yes" to both. Furthermore, when I asked why my husband received his registration code but I didn't (despite us registering at the exact same time), her only response was a blank stare and "I don't know." If you advertise services for international patients, your front desk needs to be equipped to handle them.

People are too angry for places like this. Mercy and understanding are what you'd expect to find in a hospital, but you won't find them here.

Dirty toilets, an unwelcoming reception, and poor handling of personal data. Staff write down patients’ names and ID numbers by hand and say them out loud, which raises serious privacy concerns. There is also no transparency about how the papers containing patients’ personal data are stored or canceled afterward.
