I wish we had more highly professional laboratories like this in Georgia, especially in Batumi. The reception staff, the manager, the laboratory staff, the housekeeping staff - every member of the team is professional, kind, and genuinely committed to helping patients. You were very trustworthy to me, but you made such a big mistake that it could have ended fatally. The pregnant woman did a DDI analysis, the answer came 9 times higher than the norm, we did it again, the next day and a radically different answer, although still high, the pregnant woman felt good, according to your answer, the condition must have been serious. On the third day, we did it in another laboratory and it was normal, you have this knowledge, we also did a genetic test on a 12-week pregnant woman, according to the need, the answer was satisfactory, now I'm worried about that, oh, if the answer was accurate. We have ignorant and unqualified medicine today.

On April 13, 2026, I visited Limbax in Batumi. The nurse could not take blood from my 6-month-old baby, as she could not find a vein. I went to Khozrevanidze clinic and New Hospitals, the nurses took blood professionally with no problem at all from the first second. I was told by Limbax to go to another hospital to get blood from and bring it to them. It is very sensitive with the babies, I do not blame the nurse, it can happen, but it was very inconvenient to go through the whole city by myself to get that.

Very nice place, reception is helping, explaining things and even suggesting if needed, in russian language. I don’t know why ratings are so bad, but this lab is prime, as well as in Kutaisi, same lab chain.

I recommend this laboratory. The staff is excellent, the environment is calm, and they are true professionals in their field.

I don’t know why there is such negativity towards the clinic. I went to get tests done. They work at a normal pace for Georgia. With care and purpose. They explain everything down to the smallest details. The queue is indeed large (like in most laboratories), but I wouldn’t say it moves slowly. They do rare tests. Quite quickly and inexpensively. Very responsive staff. When I asked, "What language can I speak in?" they replied, "In whichever is more convenient." A special "Thank you for such luxury". Tests are provided in two languages, packed in a separate envelope.

Now I only go here with my child! She didn't make a peep! (2 years, 8 months) A cartoon and a pretty band-aid as a bonus:)
