I thank Dr. Leila for her help and for following up on my condition for two days, and I also thank the entire medical staff for their kindness.

We came to Batumi for a 30-day vacation with our 5-month-old baby, and unfortunately, we faced some health issues during our stay. We visited AMC Batumi, where we were fortunate to meet Dr. Leila. Dr. Leila was wonderful with our baby. She was kind, welcoming, and caring, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all our questions. Most importantly, she made us feel safe and reassured during a stressful situation. We are truly grateful for her care and would highly recommend Dr. Leila—not only as an excellent doctor, but also as a genuinely kind and compassionate person. ❤️

My wife was treated for diarrhea and was received and cared for in a super friendly and professional manner. We felt completely comfortable in the medical center right away, and everyone was incredibly attentive and helpful! If the team were in Freiburg, we would switch our practice there. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience! I got an appointment on the exact same day, and the communication via WhatsApp was incredibly easy. The X-ray was done at a hospital, which was quick, seamless, and included a shuttle service. Both the doctor and the staff were super friendly and caring. I believe they even had to stay late because of my treatment, but they never made me feel like a burden. I feel significantly better now and have never received such excellent and competent care. Thank you for this amazing service!

We had an excellent experience with American Medical Centers Batumi during an urgent nighttime visit with our 2.5-year-old daughter. A special thank you to Dr. Leila and the nurses for their kindness, professionalism and genuinely human approach, especially towards our little one. Everything was handled promptly and with great care. We especially appreciated Dr. Leila’s willingness to stay in contact with us via WhatsApp even after leaving the clinic, providing follow-up consultation and guidance whenever needed. I have been going to AMC in Batumi for at least five years, bringing my son, who is now seven, to see Dr. Leila. She is an exceptional doctor—highly professional, knowledgeable, caring, and incredibly responsive whenever I have questions or concerns. Over the years, Dr. Leila has consistently provided my son with excellent consultations and treatment. When we spend our summers in Batumi, she is the only doctor I trust with my son’s care. I have also personally gone to her for medical advice and have referred family members to her with complete confidence. I am truly grateful to Dr. Leila and AMC for the excellent care and support they have provided to my family over the years. It is incredibly reassuring to know that we have a doctor and clinic we can always rely on and trust. I highly recommend Dr. Leila and AMC Batumi!

Very disappointing. We arrived at around 10:00 PM with our sick daughter, but the clinic was closed. We called the emergency number several times without any response and waited over 30 minutes before having to call an ambulance. A medical center that appears to operate 24/7 should be available in emergencies.
