I went to the Emergency room with a suspicion of a broken arm, and the security staff, nurses, and doctors were all very helpful and supportive. My insurance covered the expenses, but I had to call myself to report the insurance case. The X-ray room doesn’t close. Take care of yourself and your patients 🙏. Thank you.

I was brought in by ambulance with a temperature of 40.2. They said it was a rotavirus and gave me an IV. They didn't take any tests, even though they should have. After 5 days with a temperature of 38-40, I went to another hospital. There, after doing tests, they found out I had kidney inflammation. If the doctors had done their job at this hospital, my condition would have been much better.

My husband found himself in a difficult situation with a knee fracture while on vacation. They performed surgery in the trauma department. Carefully and gently. At every stage, from the emergency room to discharge, we received polite treatment and care. Everyone who spoke Russian communicated with us in Russian without any issues. A big thank you to all the staff; I personally saw the amount of work the junior and mid-level staff had, but I never witnessed any neglect or irritation towards patients. This is so valuable! One thing the hospital management should pay attention to: when offering private rooms with a companion for 400 lari per day, they need to understand that this is a significant amount for a public hospital, and there should still be a basic minimum for patients. The room had nothing, just a bed, a narrow sofa where I, not being a large woman, could only lie on my side, and a toilet with a bath that you can't stand up in. The overall condition is depressing. Synthetic bedding, no soap or towels, dirty linoleum, broken tiles, a layer of mold and dust on the noisy ventilation. There is no food and even no bottled water (a cooler on the floor). If a foreigner has no companion, I can't imagine how they would survive after surgery without food, water, and timely access to a toilet. It's a very sad impression. I would also like to see a transparent pricing system in the hospital. The website does not list service costs, all prices are without confirmation of the price list, and this is an obvious manipulation factor. Certainly, in difficult situations, you think about successful recovery, but not everyone can pay 10,000 lari for surgery and 800 lari for a single room all at once. People need to understand where these amounts come from. Wishing everyone health and well-being!

Many of emergency personnel was very unprofessional, lazy and rude. All is about earning money on every patient. Laughing in front of patients. It's disgusting to see such behaviour of people working in hospitals, they should work in underground mines.

Horrible place. I went there two days ago to get a rabies shot, but they refused both times. Incompetent staff, horrific lines, chaos.

One of the most disappointing hospital experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were consistently rude and lacking in basic empathy and professionalism. I truly hope they improve the way they treat patients, because no one should feel unwelcome when seeking medical care.

I came to the hospital to check my shoulder. They found a fracture, performed surgery, I stayed for 2 days, and then I was discharged. The conclusion: + the doctors did the surgery well, they carefully assembled and beautifully stitched the displaced fracture + the attending physician gave recommendations after the surgery, explained everything competently and well - the rooms were dirty, I was given a room where they laid a sheet on the bed with crumbs in front of me, not to mention the cleaning of all surfaces - I just wanted to consult and clarify my situation, but in the end, the trauma doctor, upon seeing the X-ray, said that I definitely had a fracture. He asked me to go home to get what I needed, saying that since I had entered, if I went out, everything would start over and, as I understood, I would have to pay again. So I agreed to stay - this trauma doctor also said that the price would be up to 2000 lari, which turned out not to be the case - before the preparation, I was placed in a general ward on the first floor, where the nurse was supposed to help me undress, but in the end, I undressed myself, "apparently everyone was very busy" - I don't know how sanitation is in the hospital, I didn't have ultraviolet with me, but I didn't see anyone wiping anything, except for mopping the floors - it seemed like a paid reception, but the attitude was as if I was being treated for free - the call button for the nurse in the room works once, if the nurse doesn't come, then wait until morning when they start making rounds, and it doesn't matter if you are Georgian or not + - if you go out to the nurses yourself or ask someone from your relatives, they will come and help, so if the button doesn't work, that's the only way - when filling out the paperwork at registration, I gave my passport, when I lay down, they brought it, but it turned out they mixed up my passport - at discharge, they didn't want to remove the catheter until we paid - they also didn't do the dressing until we paid - before paying, I wanted to clarify the price for what I was paying, because the price turned out to be higher than initially stated. The girl went around several offices, and everyone asked for payment first. Until I called the Ministry of Health of Georgia and until I stood up with the girl and went, they didn't issue it - despite the fact that they understood that I would pay for everything, the nurse wanted to send me alone for a repeat X-ray from the 4th to the 1st floor, as I didn't want to wait due to the pain in my shoulder. In the end, one nurse came and escorted me in a wheelchair, but even upon arriving at the X-ray, I waited in line, well, the pain was bearable. In general, I do not recommend staying in this hospital, not to mention that there is no food here. The only reason to go there is for emergencies or just for surgery.

I first went to the surgeon, and the surgeon is something else, he yells at everyone and explains in an abnormal tone. I was in quiet horror and now I don't want to go to this hospital to see the surgeon. Then I had to do a test for turbocaine, and the girl who did it explained everything calmly and did it without any problems, so I gave it 3 stars. It all depends on the doctor himself🤷♂️
