Do you have extra money and don't care about your health? This is the place for you. I've never encountered such negligence. They crowned a tooth with decay, which was visible on a CT scan, then filled the pulp of a second tooth and covered it with cardboard. It all ended with pulpitis and inflammation. I don't live in Georgia, but I came here to have my teeth done. So now I have three teeth to redo and root canals. -700€ there and +2500€ for new treatment. I had a wonderful time getting my teeth treated at this clinic. The clinic itself pretends nothing happened. They refuse to look at the before/after CT scans, but they show how they left the decay and the filling on the pulp, and how terribly they installed the crowns themselves, with a bunch of cement under the gum, which caused further gum inflammation. The negligence was unbelievable, as they even did the wrong tooth initially, doing the 5th instead of the 7th, and without apologizing, they just said, "Well, what are we going to do with the 7th?" It was blatant, and it felt like the doctor couldn't care less about the patient, since they were just leaving. It was a terrible experience, and the clinic refuses to return my money or admit any wrongdoing.

Thank you, Dr. Miranda, for my healthy teeth! Everything is painless, at reasonable prices, and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. Don't make the same mistakes I did: get your checkups every six months—schedule an appointment now if it's been more than a year since your last visit.

Wonderful clinic, I really liked Dr. Miranda's work. She cured my periodontitis and put in a wonderful final filling. 👍 It's clean and cozy, the prices are good, the staff is friendly. I'll definitely be back at this clinic for the rest of my teeth. P.S. I have something to compare it to, because when my periodontitis first started, only one clinic would see me due to the severe pain. I don't know what the problem was, but after the visit, the pain only got worse, and I finally went to Roli Dent, where they relieved the terrible pain in a day and finally finished treating that unfortunate tooth. At the "Roli Dent" clinic, our whole family was treated, and we were very satisfied! Special thanks to the wonderful therapist, Dr. Miranda, who treated the teeth of me, my husband, and our teenage son. Everything was done carefully, professionally, and completely painlessly. It was especially important that I am in my 8th month of pregnancy, and the doctor constantly asked about my well-being, showing special care and attention. I also want to highlight the excellent orthodontist — Dr. Ana. We came to her already with braces installed in Tbilisi for our son. Usually, orthodontists are reluctant to take patients after other doctors (we visited several clinics in Batumi and were refused), but Dr. Ana agreed to help. She successfully corrected our son's bite, demonstrating high professionalism and a careful approach. Now we are moving to another country again and will continue treatment there, and Dr. Ana prepared a detailed treatment plan for us (what has already been done and what is still to come). In Tbilisi, we were not given such a plan despite my requests, so Dr. Ana's help is very valuable. A special thank you goes to the clinic administrator: always in touch, incredibly polite and attentive, with an individual approach to each client. I also want to note that we had medical insurance, and the clinic was not a direct provider for our insurance company. However, at our request, the doctors prepared all the necessary documents: invoices, forms-100, and receipts, which we submitted to the insurance. All documents were accepted on the first try, and the expenses were fully reimbursed. We confidently recommend "Roli Dent" to everyone looking for quality and caring service!

I went to the doctor with acute pain on 01/10/2025, the doctor examined me, took an x-ray and said that there was inflammation and I needed to take a 3D x-ray, but before that I had my teeth cleaned and sent me home, rescheduling it for 4 days, then that day came, 01/14/2025, the appointment was for 11:30, I arrived at about 11:10 and was waiting for my appointment time, then it was 11:28 the doctor left the office and started calling another girl who was also sitting in the waiting room for my time, to the fact that I have an appointment with her now, she replies that the girl has a toothache, how is it possible that I have nothing better to do or nothing to do with my money came to the appointment? She knew perfectly well that I had acute pain and at the same time scheduled an appointment for 4 days later, I was waiting for this appointment and when my time comes, why is she seeing other people, and when I say I have an appointment and acute pain, the administration says; - what can I do now-; The doctor was seeing another patient, and the receptionist tried to get through to the doctor, but he didn't care at all. I had a 3D x-ray done that same day (January 10, 2025), and I still had time to see the doctor, but she refused to see me without an appointment. When exactly my appointment time came, it turns out they can see other patients without an appointment because they have a toothache. Do other people need some kind of special relationship or something? I wouldn't even give this clinic one star. And they sent so many notifications about my appointment to prevent me from seeing the doctor. Why do they even need them if you can just skip the line if you have good eyes? 🤦🏻‍♀️ I advise you not to waste your time at this clinic!!!!!!!
