Complete disaster!!! I made an appointment with a urologist. I arrived at the scheduled time, and the doctor was late. Every 15 minutes they said he would be there soon. After 2 hours, the clinic closed, and I was asked to leave. In the end, I waited 2 hours for the urologist, and he never showed up, and the clinic didn’t even apologize.

I made an appointment for a Pap test and a colposcopy. I waited 40 minutes for the doctor, and when they showed me into the office, she started offering other services. The result: wasted time, zero results.

They have a very rude, unprofessional female registrar. Her working hours start at 9 AM, and when I brought my child for a test at 9:20 (he himself is hungry and just wants to get the test done and go home to eat) - these registrars and lab technicians are drinking coffee in the kitchen. (Yes, I understand when there are no patients - what’s the problem). I called her very politely, asked her to register us. To which this dissatisfied woman (I don’t know her name) almost yelled, "You don’t have your family doctor!" - "He prescribed yesterday"; - I said, "That’s what they say, and he’s not here yet!" - she continues to respond with nothing, I hold back. Finally, she saw that everything was fine, started the registration, although she hadn’t done anything. Finally, she registered us and then yelled for about 5 minutes, calling the lab technician. In short, this is not the first similar case. It’s very sad that this woman behaves like this. I am very satisfied with the other doctors, and that’s the only reason I’m not switching to another clinic. But how important the first person you meet is (especially if you arrive early in the morning). This must be taken into account...

Dr. Lina is a terrible doctor. I wasted my time with her while I was getting used to pills that didn't suit me.

The medical center left a very pleasant impression – polite and warm communication, willingness to help. I had an ultrasound with David Gogoladze – he's an excellent specialist, very attentive, a true professional. He gave excellent recommendations, and I especially appreciate his kind and humane attitude. Thank you very much, I'll definitely come back here if needed.

Went and got blood tests have emailed them 10 times for results and called no luck. Took money and ran.

No lines or endless waiting. Everything was fast and to the point! They diagnosed me quickly, rather than prescribing a bunch of dubious, expensive procedures like at other clinics. David Mamuladze is a great allergist – I highly recommend him!
