Aloe Vera - cosmetology Batumi

I really like the AloeVera clinic, especially Dr. Victoria ❤️ Thank you for your knowledgeable and careful approach to treating acne, attentive care, and selecting truly necessary products without unnecessary prescriptions. The clinic itself has a very pleasant atmosphere: a cozy waiting area with vinyl records, lemon water, and always friendly administrators. A separate plus is the nice prices on skincare products. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful place with excellent service. I visited a cosmetologist and a laser hair removal specialist on a friend's recommendation. If I lived in Batumi, I would definitely become a regular client.

Over a year ago, I visited a dermatologist to address a skin issue. They prescribed an ointment, and everything cleared up in a couple of days. But a year later, I found out that it wasn't a dermatologist at all, but a cosmetologist! I was given a cosmetologist who was not the one I had approached. This year, I started acne treatment with Victoria (at the time of the issue, I didn't know it was acne). They prescribed a cleansing and peeling, and then pushed phototherapy on me, okay. They also prescribed adapalene without naming the exact medication, which resulted in a loss of 2 months. Two months of irritation, peeling, and itching. It turned out there were also issues on my body, so she prescribed a lotion. At the next appointment, they told me specifically what to buy for my face and also scheduled a cleansing/peeling for a month later, which didn't raise any red flags for me. But after a month, my skin got even worse, more painful, with a lot of inflammation, which is why I refused the cleansing at the next appointment. For my body, they prescribed products for a lot of money for the second time, ordering, waiting, torturing myself with this care. They also prescribed an external antibiotic and told me to come back in a month for cleansing. Since I had a cycle issue, Victoria didn't want to prescribe systemic retinoids. (Four months on external therapy passed - no results, Alina Chenkova herself wrote in her thread that if it doesn't work - prescribe systemic treatment🤡) A week after the appointment, after consulting with a gynecologist who approved systemic treatment, I immediately wrote to Victoria that I wanted to get tested before the next appointment. She ignored me for 2 days, and I started thinking about going to another specialist. But she replied, I got tested and came to her a month later for cleansing. I really didn't want to, but she decided to torture me by removing my painful inflammations. Then, during the cleansing, she told me she wouldn't prescribe retinoids now, first, TAKE antibiotics for 3 weeks, then come for cleansing and peeling, and we'll see. She didn't even ask about my body, didn't look at it. So why did I get tested so far in advance? Also, during the cleansing, I asked her about my post-acne scars, and she didn't answer anything, just said, 'We'll work on that later.' As it turned out, there were already a lot of scars, and I couldn't touch my face at all. The procedure ended, and she scheduled me for cleansing again in 3 weeks. That's when I realized they were draining my money, nerves, and self-esteem. A week later, I went to another doctor, and they prescribed systemic treatment without any buts. When I canceled my appointment at Aloe Vera, they didn't even ask me, 'What's the problem? What happened? Give us feedback.' How wonderful people are, how wonderful the doctors are - 🤡🤡🤡. I'm not sure that each of them has a medical education.

I want to thank the team at Aloe Vera clinic for their professionalism and attentive attitude towards visitors. All questions regarding appointments with specialists and more were resolved quickly and respectfully by the girls at the reception. Special thanks to Dr. Alina for solving my problem with rosacea. I recommend this clinic!
