Today I had an appointment with the cosmetologist Alexandra. I really liked the doctor - the consultation was detailed and of high quality, not the quick 10 minutes like usual. You can immediately feel the competence and professionalism of the person in their field. Alexandra is a cosmetologist who treats acne. She evaluated my tests, selected the right care, and clearly explained the next steps regarding my problem. The doctor examined me and recommended two types of products: pharmacy ones and more professional ones that can be purchased directly at the clinic. The prices for cosmetics are not high, so the cost of good products is quite reasonable when buying at the salon. Overall, a very good salon, I recommend it!

I am endlessly grateful to this clinic🥹 Especially to Dr. Alexandra! She is a true professional! Very responsible, smart, experienced, and confident doctor!!!! How lucky I was to get to her... I came with an acne problem. I've had it for a long time and learned to manage it, but in the last two months, I noticed that what used to help me stopped working and even worsened the situation... I decided to come for a procedure that I chose myself😅 I thought the doctor would just do it and let me go, but! Alexandra not only performed the procedure but also prescribed treatment and made a diagnosis! It turns out my skin barrier is damaged, and my "treatments" were only making things worse! She explained the cause-and-effect relationships in a non-intrusive way and prescribed tests and skincare. The skincare is simply magical 😍😭 I can hardly believe it could be like this... Before visiting the doctor, I thought that the only thing that could help was cosmetic procedures: mesotherapy, peels, and so on, and when they talked about skincare, I thought it was just a drop in the ocean, but it turns out it’s the opposite! The skincare I was prescribed before, BEFORE visiting this clinic and doctor, hardly helped me and only worsened my condition, but after following the regimen prescribed by Dr. Alexandra, I go out without makeup, I can’t believe it and thought this would never happen in my life 😭😭😭 The skin I have now, I last saw when I was 14-16! I thought I would walk around with acne my whole life, but no, and what’s most surprising to me is that this skincare and treatment I do at home!!!!!!! I’m shocked that it was possible and the best part is that it’s all so simple without tests on three A4 sheets like I was prescribed before... It’s so logical, simple, and elementary to achieve results! And how I suffered, I just didn’t believe I could go without makeup and look beautiful, but it’s possible!!!!!!!!!!! The care and support during this procedure are incredibly important to me. I also really like that the doctors in this clinic genuinely care about the results! I am also seeing Dr. Alina from this clinic. She is very polite and supportive. I even follow her on Instagram; she is such a smart professional. I am currently reading her book with great interest.
