I had a very bad experience with this clinic. I have TBC insurance and I simply called to find out how much professional teeth cleaning costs and how much would be covered. From the very first call, I received a completely unprofessional attitude — first, I was redirected to TBC insurance, where they told me that the clinic sets the price and I should contact them. Accordingly, I called the clinic again. Here, I was told that they couldn't tell me the price over the phone; I needed to come in so the doctor could assess and calculate some percentages, and only then would the price be determined. When I explained that I just wanted to know the price to avoid going around all the providers unnecessarily, I received quite a rude response — the consultation is not free, and I can't talk to you for that long on the phone. In the end, after a long conversation, I was barely told that professional cleaning costs about 200 or 250 lari — they weren't even sure about that. 😐 In my opinion, if a customer is simply asking for the price of a standard service, there should at least be a possibility to get approximate and accurate information over the phone. Especially when a patient is using insurance and needs to know in advance how much they will have to pay. The problem for me was not only the ignorance of the price but also the tone of communication and attitude. A customer should not have to argue to find out how much a service costs.

I do not recommend this dental clinic. The treatment was covered by insurance, but I was extremely dissatisfied with the results. At the moment, one filling has completely come off, and the second one has partially chipped. Additionally, dark spots have appeared under the fillings, which raises serious questions about the quality of the work done. After the treatment, I had to deal with additional problems and worries. Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was negative.

Very good clinic. Responded fast via phone, made an appointment on the very next day. 2 girls that were servicing me were very nice, polite and professional. Really glad I made a visit here.

They did a very good cleaning, each tooth was thoroughly cleaned, all the plaque was removed. The female doctor unfortunately didn't ask for my name. It's not cheap - 200 lari, but it's high quality.

I am very satisfied with the specific doctor I visit, and it's precisely because of this doctor that I go to the Lermontov branch. However, I must point out the fact that the restroom does not meet the standards of such a clinic. It greatly diminishes the overall impression and is disrespectful to the clients. I am sure many have had or will have the same feeling as I do, but they might not say it.
