I had a very positive experience with this clinic. The entire examination process was organized at a high level, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. My endocrinologist consultation was arranged smoothly, and the overall service was efficient and well coordinated. Since all of this was done through medical insurance, I especially appreciate that the process was completed fast and with good quality. At this stage, I cannot comment on the pricing because I have not yet received the final report. However, I hope the prices will also meet my expectations and will not disappoint me. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and can recommend this clinic.

I can say this is the best clinic in Batumi. I’ve been living here for 3 years, and this is definitely the best place to go. Even if you don’t speak the language, they help you using a translator. And all the doctors are amazing—experienced and humble. As a team, they are truly great. I haven’t had any problems at all.

Sophia spoke English beautifully and was incredibly helpful, the Doctor was extremely caring and knowledgeable, and they even came to my house on 2 occasions for follow up visits! Excellent clinic. Thank you for your constant communication and prompt assistance. The doctor and nurse who came out were simply superb. My child wasn't even afraid or cried when they started the IV (he was 1.8 years old when we came in). Thank you to the doctor for keeping in touch throughout his illness and even when we were on our way home. After seeing such God-given doctors, I immediately felt at peace about my child. Thank you so much for your constant communication even months after my visit, for helping me with insurance, answering questions, and sending a bunch of documents to different email addresses. Humble but effective clinic. I whatsapped them on Sunday, and they got me an appointment for Monday 4 pm. Receptionist spoke Russian and English, there were no delays or annoying lines. The clinic itself is not like what you imagine when you use private medicine, not too new or shiny, but this is just Batumi reality, so I think it's pretty decent all things considered. They also arranged for an ultrasound like half an hour after the appointment cause I needed it, the nurse took me to the main hospital and sneaked me in there real fast, no lines! I wasn't expecting this kind of magic. No insurance or anything needed, just passport and a couple hundred lari.
