Irresponsible and rude staff who only care about profit and are not interested in the patient's condition; the on-duty doctor Khatuna Jorbenadze and one of her nurses who yelled at me, "what a fool you are." The child had a clavicle injury, and Natia Zamtaradze claimed it was self-inflicted, but when I showed the child to the surgeon and other doctors and said he had a bruise, they said it was due to negligence.

I encountered a very bad situation; they asked me to get an X-ray on some scratch without even applying antiseptic first.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Khatuna Jorbenadze for her professional and attentive approach at every stage. The management of my pregnancy, starting from the 8th month (I was previously monitored in Russia), as well as the preparation for childbirth and the cesarean section, were all under her care and control. Thanks to her competence, calmness, and human approach, it was much easier for me to go through this important and responsible period. The operation was performed by Jumbar Yurievich Ungiadze, and he also took care of the stitches afterward... A wonderful doctor, thank you very much for the neat, barely noticeable little stitch; I didn't expect it to be so inconspicuous... just perfect! I was supposed to give birth naturally, but unfortunately, the contractions didn't start, and the stimulation didn't help. To avoid risking my health and my daughter's, we decided on a C-section... The operation went smoothly, I feel good, and the baby is healthy. Thank you for your hard work, care, and the confidence you instilled in me and my family! Furthermore: I was given a single room, for which I am especially grateful; the room is bright and spacious, convenient with a clean toilet and shower, and of course, a beautiful view from the window. We also signed consent for vaccinations, and they administered Hepatitis B and Vitamin K. Plus, we paid for a heel screening. Every day, a pediatrician came to conduct a full examination and provided recommendations for caring for the baby 👼 I continued to have difficulties with latching the baby; the nurses were always available to help, assisting with latching, and when I experienced lactostasis, they quickly taught me how to resolve this issue 😺 They also serve delicious food! 😄 Overall, I recommend Medin, and I am very grateful to the doctors and nurses!!! Very responsive, kind, and pleasant people! P.S. They even gave us gifts 🥳🌸 I spent 2500 lari in total. When I gave birth, the prices for childbirth at Medin were: - natural birth 2000 lari - C-section 2500 lari - VIP room 300 lari/day - choice of doctor - 300 lari - epidural anesthesia - 300 lari - vaccinations are included in the cost of childbirth, done at the parents' request - genetic test - 100 lari - partner presence is allowed, partner and doula are permitted.

Had my first baby here. I had to have surgery and it went great. Dr. Jumber Ungiadze performed my surgery and he did a great job. Yes, waiting to see the doctor can take a while, up to 2 hours, because they don’t make appointments and the doctors also care for the patients giving birth, but this is the only difficult experience. The Obgyn doctors here and the hospital staff were very nice to me and I don’t speak the local language. I had a great experience.
