My wife and I went to the clinic for an appointment with gynecologist Lela Bibileishvili. We left with nothing but negativity. The doctor has a poor understanding of menstruation and sets the patient up for a negative outcome. Complete incompetence and inability to work with clients. We also saw a second gynecologist, whose name I don't remember, and we also left with nothing.

I thought it was a good clinic, but it wasn't. Once again, I encountered unprofessionalism. I saw two gynecologists, including Lela Bibileishvili, and both were a complete disappointment. I was intimidated (they tried to pass off a common cold as 'uterine inflammation,' and my cough and runny nose were also 'her'—how cruel, right? Apparently, my husband, who had a cold with me, also had the same 'diagnosis,' as I told the 'doctor'), ordered a bunch of unnecessary tests, and tried to make non-existent, scary diagnoses. I wanted to get an ultrasound report, but both doctors couldn't do it. How can this be? This is the foundation of gynecology. There's a lot I could talk about, but all the nonsense I heard simply won't fit here. 'Doctors' don't know basic gynecological information (for example, Lela ran off, saying that illnesses and flights don't affect menstruation, and that they don't cause delays; also, the endometrium should always be the same size; she tried to convince me to take an unnecessary smear immediately AFTER the ultrasound, but I told her three times that I didn't need a smear because I had one recently and it was fine, and I had an ultrasound 15 minutes ago, and you can't take a smear after an ultrasound; she only left with her smear after the assistant told her that it was impossible to do this after an ultrasound; and she didn't know? She's a 'doctor'). The second gynecologist (I didn't remember her name, but they often see patients on the same day; I went to see her a few months ago) decided to explain how menstruation works and the structure of the endometrium instead of deciphering the smear... but for some reason she couldn't. Is the endometrium one layer? Sorry, I don't need a doctor like that. What was the point of all this? Was she hoping that I, ignorant of how my body works, would think the doctor was so smart that she was telling me something, even calling the assistant over and scolding her in front of me for not understanding the mechanics of menstruation? It's so outrageous. Both 'doctors' were unprofessional and rude. I left both without receiving a consultation and facing inappropriate intimidation.

Pointless queue and irresponsible schedule. You don't get in at the time you booked in advance.

I had an appointment for a breast ultrasound at 2:00 PM on May 11th. I arrived on time, paid for the appointment, and went up to the office, only to find that there was a general waiting list for the ultrasound. After wasting 50 minutes repeatedly asking the receptionist, I was unable to use the service I had paid for and scheduled for that day, as I now have to wait another month. I was later late for other things. I respect you and your time, I arrive on time, and my time is worth more than yours. So why do you schedule appointments if you provide the service on a first-come, first-served basis? Why not just say 'On a first-served basis'?

I want to express my gratitude to therapist Natalia Petenko! The correct diagnosis and the correct prescription (taking into account all chronic and side effects) finally yielded results in our grandmother's treatment. It turns out the problem wasn't her age, but the incompetence of the previous doctors. Thank you so much, please pass on our family's regards to the doctor!

A wonderful clinic with excellent specialists! This isn't my first time here, and I'm always very satisfied. The receptionists are very nice and helpful, ready to answer any questions, and the doctors are professionals in their fields. I visited a mammologist, a gynecologist, and had an ultrasound, and everything was top-notch. I highly recommend it!
