This is just some kind of nightmare!!! The person is in terrible pain, crying. We've been sitting outside the ENT's office for an hour. We called ahead and were told there was an ENT available. They even said there were two ENT doctors free. No one is here, I ran around the whole clinic, the staff knows nothing, I say 'he should be here,' but they can't even make a call to check. They gave me his number, and he calmly tells me that he is resting and to come back tomorrow. There's blood in the ear, the pain is terrible, we are looking for the nearest clinic... If you don't want to lose your nerves, don't come here.

Ich habe mich mit akutem Vorhofflimmern abends in der Notaufnahme gemeldet. Ich wurde sehr schnell und ohne jegliche Formalitäten aufgenommen und ich saß tatsächlich innerhalb von nicht mehr als 1 Minute in der entsprechenden Fachabteilung und war nach 2 Minuten komplett verkabelt. Entgegen mancher negativer Rezensionen war das Personal freundlich und machte einen kompetenten Eindruck. Angefangen vom Security-Mann am Eingang bis hin zur Krankenschwester. Ich möchte mich hier ausdrücklich bei allen Beteiligten bedanken. In einem ähnlichen Fall in Spanien habe ich volle drei Stunden im Wartezimmer gesessen bevor ich auch nur vorgelassen wurde. Es gab auch genug englischsprachiges Personal so das es zu keinen großen Verständigungsproblemen kam.

Good hospital, good service

I had a heart attack and went to the emergency room. At first, they didn't care; I barely managed to get inside. After an echocardiogram, they confirmed I had a heart attack. It's unbelievable, that's why I came in the first place. But after that, everything went well. They treated me immediately, performed an angiogram, and inserted a stent. My heart was saved without damage. Thank you anyway. And because I was a tourist, they charged me a lot of money.

Whenever I need a traumatologist, I always go to this clinic. They see me quickly, and the doctors are attentive and friendly. The women working in the X-ray room are also pleasant. Three years ago, there was only one woman at the reception desk, and she didn't speak Russian. Now, there are plenty of operators who speak Russian, explain things very well, and are friendly. Prices are high, like in all clinics: about 130 lari for an X-ray and a traumatologist.

Please, do not go to this hospital no matter what happens. My brother went in with stomach pain, and they performed surgery without our consent or properly informing the family. He never came back home. Sadly we lost him. The treatment we experienced was deeply inhumane. They did not allow us to see him, kept us uninformed, and treated our family very badly during an already devastating time. For your safety and peace of mind, I strongly urge others to avoid this hospital at all costs.

Two days ago, I was admitted to the hospital for a cesarean section under general anesthesia, and I was pleased with how quickly my procedures were handled. However, despite having agreed to general anesthesia, I accepted the spinal anesthesia at the insistence and recommendation of the anesthesiologist. My experience afterward was terrible. At the moment he was supposed to administer the anesthesia, he attempted to inject my back six times, saying it wasn't working. When I asked what was happening, writhing in pain, he said he would try 20 times and that I had to endure. At that moment, experiencing intense trauma and pain, I wanted to get off the table for both myself and my baby. Then a male doctor came in, approached the situation kindly, and intervened, not listening to the anesthesiologist. I successfully had the surgery under general anesthesia as I wanted. Regarding the rooms, if we look at the hospital's potential and the fees charged, the situation is dire. The food is subpar; they just drop it off like it's nothing. For breakfast, they brought a slice of bread with margarine and a mushy mixture with noodles. Don't even get me started on lunch and dinner :) For breastfeeding mothers who need energy and morale, the rooms were neglected and dirty, and at certain hours, no companions were allowed. It felt very cruel to have to get up to care for my baby while dealing with the pain of stitches. My birth story, which cost me 2500 lari, was not uplifting or positive at all.

I want to express my immense gratitude to gynecologist Nana Turmanidze. I was under her care throughout my pregnancy. She approached the management of my pregnancy very responsibly. I am 41 years old, and this is my first pregnancy. Every month I came for an appointment and almost every month had an ultrasound. She prescribed all the necessary medications and kept track of their intake. Besides that, Nana is a pleasant person to communicate with. Always brief, clear, and to the point, but attentive at the same time. And I’ll add personally, Nana is the most beautiful girl! Just Miss Georgia 2026! I also want to thank doctor Tamaz Khmaladze. Throughout my pregnancy, I went to him for ultrasounds. Tamaz is a very attentive specialist with vast experience. He even correctly determined the baby's gender at 9 weeks! And what a sense of humor he has! He always supported and encouraged me. I gave birth at 40 weeks. The baby is completely healthy. I express my immense gratitude to gynecologist Rusudan Diasamidze. I have uterine fibroids, several nodes, including 2 large ones. I wouldn’t have been able to give birth naturally; the fibroids prevented the uterus from contracting. Rusudan expertly performed the cesarean section! Around all these nodes, without damaging anything, and leaving the uterus intact. After the surgery, Rusudan came and repositioned the uterus to help it contract. I have never encountered such a level of professionalism and care. Just one conversation with Rusudan is enough to understand what a great specialist she is and what a kind and responsive person she is. I immediately trusted her for such a complicated operation without any doubts. I didn’t choose who I would end up with for the delivery, and I got such a miracle!
