I'll start by saying that the emergency department has amazing nurses and doctors, as does the intensive care unit. I especially want to highlight Doctor Lasha from abdominal surgery, a real professional! At this clinic my surgery was done very well, and since I was satisfied, I decided to see a gynecologist. The receptionist sent me to Irma Ramishvili and said she would see me on a first-come, first-served basis. I waited 2 hours and then my turn came. I went in, and the woman started judging me for coming without an appointment and said she only takes patients who book with her personally by phone, and she didn't stop there! After that I looked around, and in the room besides me there was a nurse, a second doctor who also had a patient, and some other woman. At that point the doctor asked me what was bothering me and why I had come to her. I was very tense, didn't know where to start, and said: "You know, I just had surgery with you and I was very satisfied," to get a bit more comfortable with the doctor and the surroundings and release the tension. The woman then started judging that too, saying I didn't know all the details of this surgery, which doctors exactly took part, and so on. I started to get anxious and cry, then I went out, and my husband got annoyed and went in to the doctor. The doctor told him to come in. I apologized and booked for tomorrow. How could I want to see a doctor who has no empathy at all for her patient, or who is so tactless? I don't understand :/

Beware if you are getting anesthesia from Meri Beridze. She performed a spinal anesthesia on me on 08/06/26, and I am still dealing with the consequences and can't seem to get through them. The aftermath includes a persistent headache, and Meri did not respond at all; I had to beg her for a blood patch, which is a standard procedure after such invasions. Then I experienced convulsive fainting spells—Meri didn’t answer her phone, didn’t come when the ambulance asked her to, making up false excuses. The attitude was like treating me as a piece of meat; if you are not local, they don’t take you seriously, giving ridiculous recommendations that you were already following, and they didn’t advocate for you, which is why I ended up in the ambulance. I still don’t know the full extent of the consequences of Meri Beridze's mistake during anesthesia; because she promised to come and didn’t, I was late for my MRI. I sincerely wish Meri Beridze all the worst in life. May she feel as bad as I do. Once again, beware of anesthesiologist Meri Beridze. Update: According to the MRI results and the neurologist's examination, no organic pathologies were found, and my condition has stabilized at this point. However, I leave this review unchanged regarding the assessment of patient care, preoperative examination, and the complete lack of adequate assistance during the developed post-puncture syndrome.

I was brought here by ambulance with a fracture. The staff was very kind, quickly arranged for an X-ray, and directed me to surgery. I was treated by Teodoradze Mikheil - a trauma surgeon, who successfully performed the operation to install a pin. The healing process is going well. The nurses are very friendly and kind. Throughout my time here, I did not feel any negativity or indifference; on the contrary, everything was good. Thank you for the care to the doctor, the nurses, and the entire team!

First of all, I really want to thank the people who surrounded me, who were so kind, even though I, fearing, said that I speak Georgian poorly. They helped me call my parents. Secondly, the ambulance. I didn't remember their names. But they were the kindest women who used the words 'our beauty' and 'my dear' throughout, soothing and calming me until we arrived at the hospital. Somehow, despite all my shaking and trembling in the car, they managed to give me injections in my vein and arm. You did very well for me, and thanks to you, I felt better. I hope my words can be conveyed to you. And finally, a huge thank you to the doctors at the hospital who took care of me. Unfortunately, I didn't remember all the names. But there was David, a kind young man in glasses, who constantly asked 'how I was' and tried to calm me down in Russian and explain what was happening to me. Thank you to the kind nurse who looks like a beautiful actress from those Indian series. Thank you to the doctor Tamuna (I think that was the name of the kind girl with short hair) who treated my thin veins so gently. Thank you to the kind doctor who did my X-ray and CT scan. I didn't remember her name, but she had dark long hair, as it seemed to me, and a blue uniform. Thank you to the neurologist Shorena, who gently asked me about everything. All the negative comments here are true, No one cares about the patients. You pay 420 lari just for the visit and then they keep you lying there without any diagnosis. I assume they're only interested in your insurance company payments.

They treat you disgustingly, they walk around laughing and saying something in Georgian, pointing their fingers, but they took the money first, after which they ignored the patient for half an hour until I very persistently asked if they were going to do anything. Go to any clinic except this hellhole.

There are a lot of visitors. You have to wait both at the reception and at the doctor's office.

Terrible service! They hang up as soon as they hear a foreign language or a request for an appointment. If the clinic positions itself as international, teach the staff basic politeness. I do not recommend contacting them in an emergency situation — you won't get any help.
