Another prescribed a medication with severe side effects and didn't mention them—neither in the prescription nor during the administration (there were three). The customer service didn't resolve anything and simply ignored me. So I don't recommend psychiatry; it's better to book an appointment with Ekaterina at Chaika."

"I waited a month for an appointment with the doctor. On the appointed day, I showed up for 1:30 p.m. I waited another 40 minutes, and the receptionist told me I had to wait longer. Meanwhile, one patient arrived at my appointment time, then another. When I objected to this, neither the receptionist nor the doctor responded. Ultimately, I simply left the clinic. Disrespectful administration, why do you even have to schedule an appointment when in reality you have to sit and wait for an unknown amount of time. I do not recommend this clinic."
