Poor communication and follow-up. I contacted ReproART regarding a male fertility consultation and explained my medical history and the specific testing I was looking for. Initially, they responded and asked me to send my medical records so they could arrange an online consultation with a doctor. I sent the requested information and followed up, but unfortunately I stopped receiving responses. For someone dealing with an important and time-sensitive fertility issue, good communication and follow-up from a clinic are very important. I was genuinely interested in becoming a patient, but after receiving no response, I decided to look for another fertility clinic in Tbilisi. I hope ReproART improves its communication with prospective patients.

I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic during my egg-freezing journey. From the very beginning, everyone on the staff was incredibly kind, caring, professional, and supportive. They made what can be an emotional and overwhelming process feel much easier and more comfortable. I’m especially grateful to my doctor Khatia Gagnidze for being so knowledgeable, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I always felt that I was in great hands. A special thank you to Natia, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering egg freezing or fertility treatment. ❤️

High prices and poor service. After making an appointment, there is no confirmation, neither by SMS nor by phone. My appointment was also recorded incorrectly several times. We arrived for our scheduled appointment and had to wait about an hour. The test results were not sent by email, even though you provide your email address during registration, so you have to chase them up as well. I was also surprised that I was asked to pay for the ultrasound, but they didn’t send me the results because it was the end of the working day. So, in total, I spent around 700 GEL on two visits, including the tests… The overall atmosphere feels like you’re simply in a business center, not a healthcare center.

The couple had the same 4 embryos on Day 3, received no updates for the next few days, and then got an email saying that all of their embryos had died. SERIOUSLY?! The exact same story—with the exact same number of embryos and the exact same days?! Do they even have a proper embryology department? Do they actually culture embryos?! Please stay away from these scammers!

I had an extremely disappointing experience, from preparation to the final results. Lela would take forever to respond and would justify her delayed responses by her personal problems. Our doctor was Ukrainian, as are we. I told Lela that my husband’s English was not very good, yet during our first online consultation we had to communicate in English because Lela never told us that she understood Russian perfectly. Regardless of political views, if this is your job, you should make communication with the doctor as easy as possible. Most of the clinic staff barely speak English. The only nice people were Dr. Aliona, her assistant Christina, and the nurse in the IVF room. The financial side was one of the biggest problems. The invoices were extremely unclear. The first invoice was for medications and preparation. Lela told me that everyone pays the same amount. How is that possible when different women need different medications, doses, blood tests? Another invoice Lela gave us was for $4,000. In the stress before the procedure, the last thing you expect is to be scammed. Over a week later, I realized that she had charged us in advance for embryo freezing and embryo transfer—services we ultimately never received. We had to fight to get this money back. If I had not noticed the overcharge myself, I don't think they would ever have told us or reimbursed us. I had to repeatedly contact Lela to get our money back. She took forever to respond and kept sending me different forms to complete. At one point, she sent me a form intended for another couple—with THEIR NAMES on it. What kind of confidentiality does this clinic have? Then came the IVF treatment itself—and the results raise serious questions about the embryology. I was surprised that the clinic does not routinely perform blood tests during stimulation and relies mainly on ultrasounds. Dr. Aliona was kind and caring, always responding to my messages. About two weeks after retrieval, because I was feeling unwell, I had bloodwork done elsewhere. My TSH was 66. The clinic knew about my thyroid issues, yet my thyroid was never checked. I also had other abnormal results that I am still dealing with. And then the final result: 15 eggs, 4 embryos on Day 3—and ultimately ZERO embryos. This was not my first IVF. A year earlier, in Canada, we obtained FOUR embryos using conventional IVF. In Georgia, they used ICSI, Zymot, and estrogen priming, yet the result was zero. The dramatic difference raises serious questions for me about the embryology and laboratory procedures at this clinic. It is extremely difficult not to question whether something went wrong in the embryology process. We also needed a power of attorney, and Lela referred us to her friend. The official fee was around 40 GEL, but her friend asked us for 250 GEL, CASH ONLY. Another SCAM. Overall, I feel that we were SCAMMED financially, poorly informed, and left with serious unanswered questions about the embryology process. The financial issues alone were extremely upsetting, but ending up with zero embryos despite previously obtaining four in Canada makes this experience even more heartbreaking.

I really love this clinic and of course my doctor Khatia Gagnidze, who has been taking great care of me for months. She is a very warm person, and I am very satisfied with this clinic and specifically with my doctor Khatia. I recommend everyone who wants to become a parent to definitely go to my doctor Khatia. She is very attentive, and you won't come home empty-handed ♥️ Trust me. I want to thank my doctor Khatia from here and wish her many successes in her career and happiness, health ❤️❤️❤️💋.

The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-organized. Appointments were always on time, and communication was smooth and efficient. I really appreciated how the team kept me informed about each stage of my treatment and monitored my progress closely. The medical staff and nurses at Reproart are not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and attentive. I would highly recommend Reproart Clinic to anyone considering fertility treatment — they combine top-level medical expertise with genuine human care.

We had a wonderful experience at Reproart. From the very beginning, the whole team made us feel welcomed and cared for. Communication was always clear – every step of the process was explained in detail, and we were given the chance to ask as many questions as we needed, which made us feel comfortable and confident throughout. The facilities are excellent, and the team is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. We especially want to highlight the incredible expertise of the embryologist Temiko, as well as our treating doctor Tamuna and her assistant Mariam – their professionalism and care made all the difference. The admin team, and particularly Natia, was wonderful, always available to answer questions and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, the experience at Reproart exceeded our expectations. You truly feel looked after and in the best possible hands. We are very grateful to the entire team for their support and care.
