The terrible attitude of family doctor Nino Beritashvili towards patients. She speaks to you rudely with a sour face. I arrived at the scheduled time, and when I was already in the office filling out my history, she suddenly went outside for other business, and I was waiting in the room. Then she brought in another patient who was sick, coughing, and from the conversation, I learned he had an inflammation. I needed to check the tests I do once a year, but I was refused; she didn't consider it necessary, and she questioned a form issued by another very well-known and highly qualified doctor. In short, I wasted my time, and the visit cost me my nerves. I wouldn't recommend interacting with this doctor to anyone. I understand if the previous patient doesn't have time to wait, but when I'm already inside and she brings in a patient who might be contagious, coughing, and has a fever, that's absolutely unacceptable and intolerable for me.

I contacted the hospital through GPI insurance. They quickly scheduled me over the phone with a Russian-speaking therapist. I didn't have to wait in line; the doctor called me into the office 10 minutes earlier than indicated on the ticket. The doctor was polite and friendly, first filling out a questionnaire and gathering my medical history, then asking what my concern was. I needed permission for intravenous iron treatment. It was a complicated situation, but the doctor offered a solution, explained the entire sequence of actions and which doctors I needed to see. Thank you very much ❤️

Terrible, indifferent, irresponsible clinic.

In the call center, there are inadequate people; I didn't get an answer about the price of the tests and the timing. They can't communicate with each other, and there's complete confusion.

There's no point in making an appointment, you'll still have to wait like in a live queue 🫠 and you'll waste your time.

I had an X-ray done, everything went great, polite doctors, the appointment was right on time.

This is a good clinic, especially when compared to Russian clinics. I won't comment on the waiting times (sometimes I have to wait half an hour even with a ticket, but sometimes I get in right away) or the reception communication - that's nonsense. I haven't seen all the specialists, so I'll only comment on those I've interacted with. I immediately have to say something negative about dermatologist Maya Datuashvili. I came in with perioral dermatitis because I wanted it to go away quickly. The doctor hardly communicated with me, didn't take my medical history, prescribed Elidel (which is often prescribed for dermatitis) and some other ointment (I can't recall the name now), but the point is that it contained corticosteroids, which are completely contraindicated for my dermatitis, as even the instructions stated. I'm glad I check everything. My family doctor, Garsiashvili Pikria, is a very pleasant and friendly woman. Most of the time, she prescribes things that are relevant, but I still feel like some of her knowledge is outdated. I was also confused when she prescribed me antibiotics for my recent complaints of bloating (I have IBS due to anxiety) without any tests. I don't take antibiotics just like that. I only found out it was an antibiotic after I googled the medication. So, just make sure to check your prescriptions. You can definitely ask to change something in your prescription or request tests. By the way, tests are done very quickly, some on the same day, and some take up to a week. I also had an ultrasound twice with different doctors (Tamar Gzirishvili and Levan Mosulishvili), everything was fine, the conclusions matched, and they were pleasant doctors. I saw gastroenterologist Margarita Khazaradze, proctologist Zviad Mkervalishvili (the examination methods there are outdated, of course, he referred me for a colonoscopy because I simply asked), and also a gynecologist and for FGDS. I don't remember the names of the last ones. The FGDS was quick, but unfortunately, the thickness of my swallowing tube hasn't changed since childhood, so it looks like a thing with a diameter of 1-1.5 cm, and they also don't take biopsies. So it's just a visual examination, and as I learned later, it's quite a useless procedure without a biopsy. But overall, it does provide some information. Well, that's about it. If your doctor is unavailable or you really need to see a therapist right now, ask the girls to look for an opening with anyone available that day or at the end of the workday - they can definitely help you with that. I've never encountered any rudeness. Oh, yes, the last time I was there, the MRI machine wasn't working. But they can refer you to another clinic; the last time I had a lung MRI and paid about 5 lari... I think the clean disk itself costs more. I go through GPI insurance, paying on the spot with a discount. But keep in mind that you always need a referral or prescription from your family doctor for this.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for three years, and now that I’m leaving Georgia, I just want to say a big thank you. First of all, huge thanks to Nino Gaprindashvili, a family therapist who always shows real care and warmth ♥️ Also, thank you so much to Nino Machivariani, Liana Kartozia, and Margalita Khazaradze for being so kind, attentive and professional🤍 The reception girls — thank you for always being so accurate (and why are you all looking like models btw? 😅)🩷 🙃 Unfortunately, nothing is perfect. One very unpleasant experience I had was with ultrasound specialist Kristina Ananidze. She behaved irritated during the procedure, and right after it she told me that next time she “wouldn’t speak this language” (meaning Russian). NO ONE asked her to speak Russian, she started speaking russian herself — we could’ve easily talked in English, but it seems she doesn’t know it. Tbilisi is a city full of people from all over the world who come and go every year. That kind of attitude from a doctor leaves a really bad impression, especially when you’re in a vulnerable position as a patient.

I had a scheduled appointment recently: super professional, excellent doctor, I was also prescribed a lab test on the same day. All together, including visits and lab tests, took me less than one hour in total. Honestly, as an expat who doesn’t speak Georgian, I think I will keep coming here for routine and non-urgent medical care moving forward.

The hospital looks very modern and neat, receptionists were helpful and my appointment started on time. The doctor, Teimuraz Chikhladze, was very professional and spoke perfect English. The GP, who registered the meds prescribed to me in the system, was nice and spoke English too. Even the lady at the pharmacy was sweet and wished me to get better! I'm no fan of hospitals in general, but this was a really nice experience
