Excellent clinic and doctors - I managed to book an appointment the same day and receive competent care, and I stayed in contact with the doctor throughout the entire treatment period

ChatGPT suggested this clinic to me, and I’m so glad I went! I hadn’t been feeling well for several days while on my honeymoon in Georgia, and on a Saturday at almost 7pm, I decided it was time to do something about it. I called the clinic and was told that a doctor could see me right away. When I arrived, there was no waiting time and the check-in process was incredibly quick — all they needed was my passport. I was seen by Dr. Vasilii Tsvetkov, who was a great listener, spoke very good English, took a holistic approach, and examined me thoroughly. It definitely didn’t feel like an appointment where the goal was simply to prescribe medication. I was also told that I could contact my doctor directly if the treatment didn’t work or if I had any questions or concerns within the following week. Thankfully, that hasn’t been necessary so far! At checkout, I was equally impressed by how organized and efficient everything was. Once you sign up on their platform, you can access your medical report and all the other relevant information there. I couldn’t be more impressed with the whole experience. Thank you!

Excellent and professional doctors

I consulted with gynecologist Ksenia Gospodarik, an excellent doctor (and absolutely charming💞). I felt very comfortable during the appointment and was grateful for the opportunity to ask questions in the chat after the consultation. I received all the help I needed and even more. Thank you very much, Ksenia! The clinic itself also left a very pleasant impression, the only downside is the lack of coverage in insurance. I hope they will include this option someday.

Neurologist Kirill Nagornyuk is a wonderful doctor. He listened attentively, explained what was happening, and chose a treatment that helped. I especially want to highlight his tact and careful attitude towards the patient. After the appointment, I felt that they truly wanted to help me.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Anastasia Tsotskolauri. She is not only a great doctor who follows evidence-based medicine, but also a very kind, caring, and attentive person. She made me feel comfortable and helped me resolve my problem. I’m truly grateful and very happy with my visit. Highly recommend her!

I visited the clinic three times: twice offline and once in person. Special thanks to Dr. Vasily Tsvetkov: receiving so much care and attentive attention from a doctor is a huge rarity. I have no complaints about the competence of the doctors as professionals, but I do have a complaint about the clinic. After the procedure, it turned out that my insurance could not reimburse anything because the doctor who performed the procedure is not licensed in Georgia. The insurance form was signed by a senior doctor whom I did not see and do not know, while the consultation was conducted by another doctor without a license. No laws were broken, but the insurance does not reimburse such consultations and procedures, which I personally had no idea about. I would have liked to know this in advance, not after the fact, when I left 900 lari for one consultation at the clinic. When I later wrote to the administrator about the situation, my message was simply left unanswered. If you are contacting them and do not plan to reimburse money from insurance - it's a great clinic. If you plan to - clarify in advance whether the doctor is licensed. 5 for the doctors and 0 for transparent honest communication.
