Chaika Clinic Tbilisi

I visited the clinic three times: twice offline and once in person. Special thanks to Dr. Vasily Tsvetkov: receiving so much care and attentive attention from a doctor is a huge rarity. I have no complaints about the competence of the doctors as professionals, but I do have a complaint about the clinic. After the procedure, it turned out that my insurance could not reimburse anything because the doctor who performed the procedure is not licensed in Georgia. The insurance form was signed by a senior doctor whom I did not see and do not know, while the consultation was conducted by another doctor without a license. No laws were broken, but the insurance does not reimburse such consultations and procedures, which I personally had no idea about. I would have liked to know this in advance, not after the fact, when I left 900 lari for one consultation at the clinic. When I later wrote to the administrator about the situation, my message was simply left unanswered. If you are contacting them and do not plan to reimburse money from insurance - it's a great clinic. If you plan to - clarify in advance whether the doctor is licensed. 5 for the doctors and 0 for transparent honest communication.

Dr. Maka Zardiashvili is incredibly attentive and a true professional. She orders only the tests that are truly necessary and always provides clear instructions. She doesn’t hurry to prescribe strong medications, doesn’t rush to conclusions, and always takes the time to explain everything in detail. I had an appointment on 06.08.26 with Dr. Kirill Nagornyuk* (neurologist). My complaint was pain in my leg and numbness in my toes. I would like to note that I often have negative experiences with any specialists in the medical field, but this doctor exceeded my expectations 🥹 He thoroughly conducted neurological tests, explained everything, and provided details while reviewing the MRI. I absolutely did not feel like I was just another patient to be hurried along because of 'limited time.' I visited urologist Anastasia at this clinic. I appreciated the accuracy, competence, and human approach of the doctor. She answered all my questions, even if they were a bit uncomfortable. She also conducted a thorough examination and explained what she was doing and why, which created a trusting and comfortable atmosphere. Super, I had an appointment with urologist Anastasia. Initially, based on the results of tests from Russia and recommendations, I planned to get a prescription for a medication that is not available in Russia. But I got a different perspective on my situation and rethought some of my life habits to improve my quality of life without medication. I want to highlight the very interesting interaction through the Telegram app; I’ve never seen anything like it before. They are always in touch and ready to help. The location itself looks very modern, I definitely recommend it.
