I can’t recommend A Clinic more, very efficient and professional consultation with Elena. We had a small misunderstanding on which skin tags to remove, the team followed up very quickly and Elena even came back on a day she wasn’t supposed to be working to fix it. That’s appreciated and makes a whole difference! Great clinic for both locals and foreigners.

On September 2nd, I had an appointment with Elena Sokolova regarding chronic atopic dermatitis in an exacerbation stage. After the examination, the doctor prescribed a course of topical corticosteroids, which did not suit me and instead of improvement, it worsened my skin condition. I wrote to the doctor on Telegram to inform her about my reaction to the treatment and to find out how to proceed. However, instead of recommendations for alternative treatment, I was offered to schedule a follow-up appointment costing 200 lari. I find this approach extremely disappointing. I approached for help with a specific problem, followed the prescribed treatment, but as a result, my condition worsened. Moreover, I received no help or recommendations in response to my inquiry — only an offer to pay for the consultation again. I was left with an unpleasant impression of the attitude towards the patient and the interest in solving their problem.

Great clinic, very beautiful and modern. I had a consultation with neurologist Timur Sirbiladze regarding migraines, and the doctor explained everything very clearly and in detail, as well as provided detailed conclusions in several languages based on the research.
