We came to Kutaisi for just 3 days, and on the second night, I had a terrible toothache. I couldn't sleep all night from the severe pain. In the morning, I found this clinic online and wrote to them. Despite being a tourist from another country, I was quickly accepted and received the necessary help. A special, huge thank you to my doctor — Eto Asatiani! ❤️ She is a doctor with golden hands! She very quickly and professionally removed the nerve, treated the tooth, and placed a filling. Everything went smoothly, carefully, and practically without stress for me. When you are in a foreign country, experiencing severe pain, and don’t know where to turn, it is especially valuable to meet such kind and professional people. Doctor Eto, thank you so much for your golden hands, care, and high professionalism! I came to the clinic suffering from severe tooth pain, and I thought the problem was just a nerve issue, but after the examination, it turned out that I had an abscess, and my condition was very exhausting. Honestly, I was apprehensive about visiting dental clinics in the area, but as soon as I entered the clinic, I felt at ease; the clinic was very clean, and the reception and service were excellent. After the examination, the problem was accurately diagnosed, and treatment began immediately. What I liked the most was their attention to the patient's comfort and their consideration of pain during treatment. Their approach was very professional, and they explained my condition clearly. Thank God, I left the clinic feeling comfortable and very happy with the result. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Eto for her professionalism and elegant manner. She was very kind and constantly asked me about my feelings during the treatment; her hands were very gentle, and her treatment was excellent. I also thank her assistant Kristina for her kindness, cooperation, and attention throughout the treatment period. One situation that caught my attention was when I saw Kristina helping a person who entered the clinic injured, and she dealt with him calmly and attentively even before any medical procedure began. This moment left a beautiful impression of her humanity and her eagerness to help others. I was a tourist in the area, yet I felt a great deal of care as if I were in my own country. I recommend anyone, whether a local resident or a tourist, especially my Saudi brothers, if they need dental treatment, to visit this clinic, as it truly deserves a visit. I visited this clinic to get a filling on my second molar (tooth #7). Despite the difficult location, the procedure was performed quickly and to a very high standard. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Spartak and Dr. Nino. Dr. Nino was exceptionally attentive and helped preserve my tooth. The clinic is bright, clean, and modern. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here and I am very happy with the whole experience. Everything was done in a very professional way. I didn’t feel any pain and I felt very safe and comfortable. I also want to say a big thank you to the dental assistants. They were so kind, caring, and supportive during the procedure. I don't know how it's possible, but they removed my wisdom tooth in just a few seconds. I just opened my mouth and the tooth was already in Dr. Spartak's hand, while I was preparing to endure at least half an hour 😁 I think this is the highest level of professionalism! I will also be getting braces and treating a few more teeth with Dr. Eteri, who also gained my trust, as I already had a treatment plan from an orthodontist in Russia and Eteri's verdict did not contradict the opinion of another expert. I really liked the clinic itself, it has a gorgeous renovation, perfect cleanliness, and many staff members speak Russian, including the chief doctor, the orthodontist, and the girl at the reception 💌
