I came to the Vera branch of the Todua Clinic hoping that everything would be organized, but the reality turned out to be completely different. I had to stand in line for about 25 minutes with my 3-month-old baby just to get a test. When I asked the operator on the third floor how the issue could be resolved, he replied that they only have one doctor who takes tests. It is especially unfortunate that there is no support or attention given to parents who come with a baby. I did not ask for a queue or to enter the clinic without permission, but basic organization and consideration of the needs of the user should definitely be in place for such cases. I think patients expect much better service from the Vera branch of the Todua Clinic.

If you want to feel like you're in an American movie, this is the place! They have amazing modern equipment, they hook you up to all sorts of electrodes while you're under anesthesia, they insert tubes into your nose, they measure your blood pressure, and everything is displayed on a monitor with beeps!!! It all looks really cool and reassuring. The clinic is very beautiful and spacious. I had a colonoscopy with Akaki Rekhviashvili, and I really liked it. They even give you disposable shorts so your Matilda is covered. I took off a star because it's impossible to get through. You hang on the phone for half an hour and can't get through. I recommend booking an appointment online through the clinic's website! It'll be fantastic.

Unfortunately, I was left with a negative impression of the reception desk. I had made an appointment and paid for the service, but I wasn't given a queue number and no one explained the next steps. As a result, I risked missing my appointment. Special thanks to the people waiting in line who advised me. I'm also grateful to the doctor who understood my situation and finally saw me. I believe reception staff should be more attentive to patients, especially if the service has already been paid for. The clinic's management should pay attention to the quality of the administration, as this kind of attitude encourages formal complaints.

I call the call center for hours, days pass and it is impossible to get through! Terrible management and complete lack of efficiency. I traveled from another city specifically for medical treatment, only to return with absolutely nothing done. I received a TBC referral for CT in this clinic. I was advised to reach out to them on Facebook, so I've been texting them on FB for 2 days - zero response, left on seen and 2 auto-responses. On the third day, I left a number for a call back - 2 hours, no call back.
