Had to wait 90 minutes on my scheduled appointment.

Today I arrived at 11:00 and had to stand in a live queue for 4 hours. At 15:00, when patients started to have questions about when we would go in, a girl who arrived an hour before me went in to see the doctor and was simply told, "Come back tomorrow at 09:00." So after a 4-hour wait, people are just sent back! On top of that, the attitude of the registration staff was completely unacceptable, tactless, and dismissive. Even to a basic question, they would make such dissatisfied faces and respond as if we owed them something. Complete irresponsibility and disrespect for patients' time! People have jobs, commitments, and health issues. There should be a basic organized system in such a clinic so that people are not left in uncertainty for hours! I was forced to cancel my visit altogether. I don’t know why the standard of service is so low at the neurology department's registration, but the clinic urgently needs to sort out its queue management system and retrain its staff. I do not recommend!

I was very disappointed with my experience at Todua Clinic and with Dr. Aleksander Chirinashvili. During my first consultation on 09.09.2024, I was told that after obtaining a guarantee letter from TBC Insurance, several moles on my back, head, and arms could be removed. Based on this information, I contacted my insurance company and received approval for 760 GEL. When I returned on 16.09.2024 to schedule the procedure, I was surprised to learn that only two moles would be removed. This was very different from what I had understood during the first consultation. I was also shocked that a guarantee letter worth 760 GEL would be used for removing only two moles. Because of this misunderstanding and the lack of clear communication, I decided to cancel the procedure and informed my insurance company. As a patient, I expected clearer information from the beginning. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and I cannot recommend this doctor based on my experience.

Very qualified doctors, but the service is terribly disorganized, the app doesn't work, you can't register, to call for an appointment you wait at least 15 minutes with the operator, meanwhile the auto-responder tells you that such a simple appointment has never been. I left an email for them to send the test results, and it was all in vain, instead, one person at the reception was gossiping to another about the dirt under a patient's nails.

It's a good clinic, professionals work there, everyone knows their job, starting from the receptionist to the doctors, cleanliness, order, top-notch equipment 👍❤️

It is impossible to connect to the hotline. It is impossible to make an appointment with the doctor.

I've been calling all morning, first they tell me the estimated wait time is 4 minutes, and then they hang up, already for the tenth time. You'd better improve the service than add more clinics and branches.

1. I asked the receptionist that my appointment is in 5 minutes, can I go straight to the office or stand in line? She told me to stand in line. She was super slow with the people in line. 2. Then I said that my appointment is already open, can you please accept my documents!? She rolls her eyes and takes my documents with a super dissatisfied face. 3. Then she told me to pay 10% of the total cost for the MRI, which is 185 GEL! With the total cost of the procedure being 585 GEL!!!! How is that possible then?! If 10% is 58.5 GEL, which is 3 times less than the amount the manager said, including the fact that I am not a resident, which is why a different amount. I think this is a fraud and a scam out of nowhere. Such a shame.
