It is impossible to connect to the hotline. It is impossible to make an appointment with the doctor.

I've been calling all morning, first they tell me the estimated wait time is 4 minutes, and then they hang up, already for the tenth time. You'd better improve the service than add more clinics and branches.

1. I asked the receptionist that my appointment is in 5 minutes, can I go straight to the office or stand in line? She told me to stand in line. She was super slow with the people in line. 2. Then I said that my appointment is already open, can you please accept my documents!? She rolls her eyes and takes my documents with a super dissatisfied face. 3. Then she told me to pay 10% of the total cost for the MRI, which is 185 GEL! With the total cost of the procedure being 585 GEL!!!! How is that possible then?! If 10% is 58.5 GEL, which is 3 times less than the amount the manager said, including the fact that I am not a resident, which is why a different amount. I think this is a fraud and a scam out of nowhere. Such a shame.

The gynecologist and their assistant at this clinic likes to make fun of their patients.

I was scheduled for 14:40 but couldn't see the doctor until 16:10 because someone else was let in, following the Georgian style 😂 What's the point of making an appointment a week in advance if patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis? 🤓

Waiting for hours in line to see a doctor, a healthy person will become worse, let alone a sick one. Terrible service...

Some doctors are great but the service is terrible even if you made an appointment you still wait at least 40 minutes to actually see the doctor horrible system
