I had been struggling with thyroid issues and blood sugar problems for many years. Unfortunately, despite visiting many doctors across different clinics, I was never able to properly control my condition. Dr. Ekaterine Inashvili completely changed that for me. I have now been under her care for more than two years, and everything is finally under control. She is extremely patient, kind, and professional. I can confidently say that she is the best endocrinologist I have met in Tbilisi.

Hello. I had surgery with Mr. Erekle Gratiaashvili, he is a top-level specialist, a very warm and understanding person! Salome Kobadze is also a professional and performs her job 100%, she is diligent, and when you ask her questions, she doesn’t get angry and explains everything calmly and warmly, the highest level of professionalism! I’ll start with the good: besides my aforementioned precious and best doctors, I want to highlight the kitchen and food, which are also at a high level, the food is delicious, the dishes are sparkling, there is a warm attitude towards patients, and polite housewives. I want to separately mention the amazing nurses, who are warm, sweet, and diligent; they truly share your pain and stand by you with all their hearts - I met nurse Ani, and may God multiply such people in all fields! Now I want to talk about the part that turned my 2 days into hell, and in this difficult fast, I entrusted their souls to God. Most of the nurses, especially highlighting Eka and the elderly ladies on duty, are a nest of aggression; I don’t understand what made them so bitter, you might say they have low salaries and that’s why, but should this aggression be directed at the patient?? Total lack of empathy! High tone, pretentious and aggressive gaze from the moment I entered, as if I dared to call and disturb (there's a button at the head of the bed that sends a signal to the nurses). Do you know how many patients I have besides you? How many times do I need to call? I clarify that I have been here for 4 hours after the surgery, two surgeries were performed in one day. I urge you to conduct training for your nurses so that the name of your amazing clinic, its doctors, housewives, and nurses is not tarnished by this "babushka" nurse. Thank you all 🙏🏻

A large clinic! This is both a plus and a minus. Inside, everything is clean and bright, with various paintings hanging and even installations (I was surprised by the presence of pneumatic mail, which was quite a novelty for me), and there is also a large aquarium at the entrance with different fish. But there is absolutely no navigation. I came to the clinic for a gastroscopy for the first time, and I had no idea where to go. There were no signs anywhere, so I ended up asking the staff for directions (they responded in both Russian and English, which is a plus!). I’m glad I followed the advice from the SMS newsletter and arrived early. Additionally, it's impossible to drive up to the building: there is only one entrance, which is blocked on both sides by cars, and my car was squeezed in from both sides, front and back. I was lucky that I wasn't driving. The gastroscopy was performed by Dr. Nodar Vashakidze. I liked that after the procedure he explained the results in detail and also gave recommendations. I was surprised that the recording, along with the printed results, is given on a CD. Quite unusual!

I visited today (April 26) for a tooth extraction calculation needed for my insurance. Despite the staff member responsible (Rusudan) being scheduled until 5:00 PM, she had already abandoned her post by 4:25 PM. She wouldn't even pick up the phone when her colleagues tried to reach her. The most disgusting part? The registration staff refused to help. I offered a simple solution: leave my Form-100 documentation so they could scan and email the calculation the next day. They flatly refused to assist or find a way out of the crisis their own colleague created. It is insulting to have your time wasted like this. A clinic’s reputation is built on patient care, not on employees who leave early and receptionists who don't care about problem-solving. If you value your time and expect professional discipline, beware. I will be escalating this further.

I had an MRI appointment at 5:15 PM, and I scheduled it a week in advance. In the end, they started the MRI at 6:45 PM. When I first approached the reception (speaking in English), I was told to wait 30 minutes, but after an hour, I had to ask again when those 30 minutes would be over. A few days later, I returned to add to my review. After the MRI, you also have to wait for the disk, which can take up to 30 minutes. I couldn't stay that day to wait for the disk, so I came back the next day. At the reception, I was told to wait again, and I waited for about 15 minutes. Then I approached the reception again and saw that the staff had completely changed, and I had to personally look for the doctor who did my MRI to finally get the disk. The next problem I faced was that I was promised results, not just the disk, but the interpretation of the disk within two days. Three days have passed, and I have nothing in my email. Also, as a cherry on top, I checked other comments and saw that this is a systemic problem that has been happening for three months and before that. The administration constantly expresses their regrets, but in the end, nothing changes at all. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I wouldn't recommend visiting this clinic for light procedures if time is important to you. The doctors are probably experienced and professional, but they really struggle with time management. If you go in for a one-hour appointment, you might end up losing the whole day (even if you are scheduled). My advice to the administration is to warn patients (clients) that they might need the whole day for waiting.

I would like to give 5 stars, of course, but I can only give 1 star for at least responding to me. You do not reply to emails. In the chat, the staff member tells me that to communicate, I must provide a Georgian number while being abroad. Why do you then write about medical tourism? What Georgian number? I have a problem and a desire to communicate with you, but I am facing a wall, and I find this approach very confusing.
