“The registration desk at the lab takes 5 minutes per person. They take blood faster than they fumble around on the computer 🤦🏻♀️ At least while you wait in line, you can write a review. Out of the two windows at this registration desk, only one is working. Although there are two staff members, one is at the computer and the other - attention - is at the PRINTER 🤣 just putting in and taking out papers 😆 Now that's productivity and division of labor! From my observations: for any problem or inconsistency, the registrar responds with 'not my problem.' This clinic is a complete mess, to put it briefly.”

“I scheduled an appointment with an orthodontist for a full pre-bracket appointment and was planning to get braces at this clinic. I waited over a week for my appointment, arrived on time, and ended up waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes. The receptionist was watching TikToks without headphones, and when I asked when she'd see me, she told me to ask all my questions to the orthodontist. I liked the orthodontist; he's a good doctor, clearly professional and interested in my patient's needs. However, due to the rude receptionist, I won't choose this clinic for treatment, much less for braces. My experience was negative, and I'm not ready to recommend it.”

“I made an appointment for a Pap test and a colposcopy. I waited 40 minutes for the doctor, and when they showed me into the office, she started offering other services. The result: wasted time, zero results.”

“We took our child to see ophthalmologist Tatyana Nikitchina. We are incredibly grateful to the doctor for her expertise and professionalism. We found glasses for our child in two appointments, and the doctor explained what to look for and what to look for in our son. Our child is delighted with the doctor and her glasses. He happily returns to see Tatyana. I sincerely thank Tatyana for her professionalism!”

“I took an allergy test for the dentist. Everything was done very quickly (it took about half an hour), the cost was 35 lari. You should NOT take the test on an empty stomach. They're open from 9:00 AM on weekdays and closed on weekends. By 8:30 AM, there were already a lot of people there, but they were for other procedures.”

“The most unfriendly phone consultants. I live nearby, fell, and it's hard for me to speak any language; I hit the back of my head hard. They only speak English.”

“I was hospitalized with a broken ankle, torn ligaments, and a dislocation. The ambulance arrived quickly. At the hospital, they set the dislocation, applied a splint, and sent me home, as I had a flight home the next day. I want to say a huge thank you to all the medical staff for their help, and especially to the traumatologist! I arrived safely in Samara, where I had surgery. A long recovery awaits. Thank you so much to everyone in Batumi for their help! I wish you good luck and prosperity!”

It seemed like the doctor had become a doctor through distance learning. I had to go to Turkey. There, my ear was cured in a week. There, the doctor said that you can't flush your ear if you have a fungal infection. But here, the doctor flushed my ear several times, saying it was bad and I couldn't hear anything, but he didn't care. He left my ear damaged because it would take time.”

“The traumatologist didn't see the fracture in the scan. Almost two months of pills, ointments, procedures, and prescribed ultrasounds. When I went elsewhere, they immediately showed me the fracture site in the old scan, which didn't see anything, and a repeat scan confirmed it. Tests that other clinics do in 1-3 days can take up to two weeks here. There's no online queue system; if there are a lot of people outside the office, you have to go and ask around and figure out who's available for what time; they don't call in by appointment. I don't recommend it.”

“There are no appointments by appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, be prepared to wait several hours in line. In the treatment room (injections, IVs), almost all the staff are extremely incompetent.”

“We paid 5,000 lari for the operation, although we should have paid 2,500. The doctor couldn't perform the operation, and called another doctor in the middle of the operation. The nurses were rude. A man felt ill in the middle of the night, and they didn't deign to come from the next room. When the man started crying and talking about how bad he felt, the nurses in the next room started mimicking broken Russian. I want to say that this money isn't worth it, and I wish the same for the nurses who are complete rude!”

“Horrible. God forbid anyone ends up here in critical condition. The negligence, irresponsibility of the staff, and the conditions are simply astounding! We were admitted with our 8-month-old child, who had COVID and a fever. We were put in a room with another child with COVID. There was no ventilation or exhaust system, the temperature was over 30 degrees, and the children were boiling. The staff didn't wear masks, the room was like a walkway, with cleaners, plumbers, and so on. You couldn't reach the nurses, and there were no panic buttons. On the second day, they packed up our child and took him to another hospital, where, with ventilation, he immediately improved. I'm giving it 2 stars because they at least provided some assistance, but the price they charged us for a night's stay is comparable to a good hotel in Dubai. I hope someday the children in this hospital will be provided with decent conditions. P.S. They only feed Georgians.”
