I was a client of this clinic as an egg donor and for freezing biological material for myself. I encountered extremely unprofessional and careless treatment. The doctor, Tamara, made a serious mistake — she prescribed me a hormone dosage that was twice my norm, not based on my individual indicators, but 'with a margin' to ensure the procedure would definitely yield results. As a result, I experienced severe swelling and significant discomfort, and recovery took about 2 months. This is extremely unprofessional. The staff at Stork Service clinic, collaborating with GGRC, also showed negligence: they forgot about tests and were ready to send me for puncture despite health risks. I was informed about inflamed nodes and possible dangers, yet they considered proceeding with the procedure without a mammologist's examination (since he was on vacation). Moreover, I was not warned before the puncture about the need to refrain from eating and drinking for 12 hours. Ultimately, the procedure was performed while I was conscious. Another issue is the storage conditions. Initially, the cost was stated as $250 per year, but after the end of the 6-month free period, I was billed $750. I was also not provided with a contract. It creates an impression of opacity regarding pricing and storage conditions of biological material. After consulting with a lawyer, I decided to take my biological material from this clinic, as there was no confidence in the stability of the conditions and costs for storage in the future. I cannot recommend this clinic.

This clinic is an absolute mess, with unprofessional employees who scream and bully patients, call them liars, make economy on everything and make you tolerate extremely painful procedures, avoid this place at all costs!

This is the best clinic ❤️ I am grateful to them for everything. Tamara has golden hands; I don't have a uterus, only ovaries, and she did everything to help us become parents. They were always in touch with us and answered all our questions. And believe me, I had hundreds of them. Thank you for everything ❤️
