I've been going to this lab in general for years now. They also have inhouse lab services. I like coming to this particular branch but not just for logistical reasons, the staff here is quite experienced and friendly, I'm a bit heavy and usually the docs have a hard time finding my veins for drawing blood, not here though - for those of you who are not too fond of needles (who is?!) taking a blood sample here will just become another routine check, no pain, no discomfort (which I cannot say about some of the other labs I've had the misfortune of experiencing). I've come to realize here that 'not finding veins' excuse the nurses usually have just shows their inexperience. The docs here do the job quickly and painlessly. Plus this place is not crowded, it's calm (which I find is what I'd prefer during a procedure I find mildly stressful). I usually get the results by e-mail. No fuss, no muss. They also have nice discounts for returning customers too (I do wish you all good health, but when you gotta go, you gotta go!).

This was my first time at Neolab and I am very satisfied. The reception staff were very attentive and friendly, which is especially nice in the medical field. No waiting at all, and the consultation with the doctor was punctual. The doctor was also very good. The test results came back quickly, so thank you for such service and I wish you success!

I was scheduled to see a gynecologist. There are serious issues in the administration. I was a scheduled patient, but the doctor didn’t have even two other scheduled patients before me, and there was no communication to let me know I could reschedule for another time after 2 hours. They have a very rude woman operator on the third floor. I felt a significant lack of professionalism. I left without seeing the doctor, whom I had scheduled 3 months in advance and arrived on time.

A good clinic, you don't have to wait 3 hours like in other clinics. Ana Kashia is the best doctor. Thank you to her! The staff at the reception are also very attentive and polite. Thank you ❤️
