"Мне не удалось посетить клинику и оценить её сполна, но я получили крайне негативны опыт связанный с подарочными сертификатами. Я получил в подарок дорогостоящий сертификат на расширенный чекап, и когда решил воспользоваться им (спустя год и 1 месяц) мне сообщили, что, оказывается, у сертификата есть срок службы (что бы узнать у котором нужно прочитать мелкий шрифт на самом сертификате). После окончания этого срока годности активировать сертификат невозможно: полагаю, информация о нём навсегда удаляется из всех баз данных (а потом, наверное, и из бухгалтерских книг учета) и он растворяется в вселенском небытие. В общем, имейте ввиду об этой особенности Silk Medical - электронный сертификат может испортиться также как и молоко в вашем холодильнике!"

"Были на плановом обследовании, хочется отметить гинеколога Ирину, крайне некомпетентный врач. Вместо современного оборудования - настольная лампа и подёртое кресло. Будьте готовы к тому, что во время обследования в кабинете будут еще и посторонние люди. Самое интересное, после обследования во время одевания врач Ирина и медсестра вышли из кабинета и оставили дверь открытой на распашку. При заполнении мед карты мы указали на проблему, на что нас начали пугать разными «неизлечимыми» заболеваниями. На этом вытянули дополнительно 450 лари (на анализах), плюс выписали курс таблеток еще на 200 лари. По итогам анализов, оказалось, что все хорошо и проблема была связана со стрессом. Молодцы, заработали неплохого, но пусть теперь все об этом знают❗️"

"For over 5 years, I have been troubled by a lower back problem. During this time, I had several MRIs, visited numerous doctors, and even ended up getting one completely unnecessary block. Everywhere it came down to the same thing: a quick examination, a look at the MRI conclusion, and the standard recommendation — 'no surgery needed, swim in the pool.' Neither swimming nor physical therapy helped me. Recently, I turned to the 'Symmetry' clinic and had an appointment with Dr. Alexander Nakashidze. For the first time in all this time, I received a truly professional and comprehensive examination. After conducting special tests, it turned out that the chronic strain in my lower back was related to the presence of diastasis — something that no one had paid attention to before, as during doctor visits, in most cases, they didn't even ask me to take off my shirt. There was no pressure to purchase additional services — just clear and specific recommendations for addressing the root cause of my problem. Huge thanks to the 'Symmetry' clinic and personally to trauma doctor Alexander Nakashidze for his high professionalism and attentive care. I definitely consider this clinic the best in Batumi for people with musculoskeletal issues."

"I waited a month for an appointment with the doctor. On the appointed day, I showed up for 1:30 p.m. I waited another 40 minutes, and the receptionist told me I had to wait longer. Meanwhile, one patient arrived at my appointment time, then another. When I objected to this, neither the receptionist nor the doctor responded. Ultimately, I simply left the clinic. Disrespectful administration, why do you even have to schedule an appointment when in reality you have to sit and wait for an unknown amount of time. I do not recommend this clinic."

"Extremely unorganized system they have. I need HLA typing test for my sister in Korea. Georcord was the only one organization to do the test as far as I know. But they send the blood samples to Germany laboratory just once in a month. And I cannot schedule, nor they notice me the exact date a week before. I've been waiting about 2 months, finally I got the test after I cancel my summer vacation.(Because they change the dates several time, I couldn't make my schedule) It's very annoying experience."
