"A horrific experience. During a laser procedure inside the uterus, Irina Nikuradze tore apart adhesions without anesthesia. My wife fainted from the pain and demanded that she stop, but the doctor ignored her cries and continued, risking, as she herself admitted, puncturing the uterus. No empathy, complete professional incompetence, and a disregard for the patient's pain. On top of all this, there was intimidation and persistent promotion of surrogacy instead of real treatment."

"I waited a month for an appointment with the doctor. On the appointed day, I showed up for 1:30 p.m. I waited another 40 minutes, and the receptionist told me I had to wait longer. Meanwhile, one patient arrived at my appointment time, then another. When I objected to this, neither the receptionist nor the doctor responded. Ultimately, I simply left the clinic. Disrespectful administration, why do you even have to schedule an appointment when in reality you have to sit and wait for an unknown amount of time. I do not recommend this clinic."

"Extremely unorganized system they have. I need HLA typing test for my sister in Korea. Georcord was the only one organization to do the test as far as I know. But they send the blood samples to Germany laboratory just once in a month. And I cannot schedule, nor they notice me the exact date a week before. I've been waiting about 2 months, finally I got the test after I cancel my summer vacation.(Because they change the dates several time, I couldn't make my schedule) It's very annoying experience."

"I visited Dmitry Baliev, a dermatologist (surgeon), for papilloma removal. The appointment was quite expensive: 160 GEL + 90 GEL for examining the moles with a magnifying glass on my phone. The appointment basically consisted only of an examination. He couldn't answer any questions about skin care and acne, as that's beyond his expertise. He didn't really care what I was removing, as he almost circled a pimple on my chest to remove it. The anesthetic injections were painful and often hit the capillary bed, leaving me with bruises all over my body. He injected an enlarged pore in my armpit but didn't cauterize it. I noted this during the procedure, but he assured me he did (there's no scar, the enlarged pore is still there). It's been a month since the appointment and I can evaluate the quality. At least two poor-quality removals and one failure in my armpit. The papilloma wasn't completely removed and is still visible next to the scar. There's a growth on my nose that he couldn't name, only speculated on what it might be, and it's also there. Apparently, he cauterized the surrounding skin. That's my experience. The removal is expensive; I paid 1920 rubles for the entire procedure, including the appointment, examination, and removal of 11 papillomas (3 of which were poorly done). The department is in dismal condition; with such prices, I'd like to see a more respectable clinic, but the entire chain suffers from this."
