I really liked it

I couldn't use the services; everything stopped due to the unqualified staff at the reception. When I asked questions about the services and organizational matters regarding treatment, I received the answer, 'We are the reception, we don't know anything.' I wrote on WhatsApp; it was time to ask. I waited a week for the doctor to return from Tbilisi. I tried to use medical tourism services, giving chances to improve, and almost managed to get a remote online consultation. After that, I was asked on WhatsApp to call a landline in Georgia (I am outside Georgia and have mentioned this several times) to make an appointment. That was the last straw. Apparently, this is some kind of selection process for such a popular clinic. Dear director and doctors, please help me get through this wall of misunderstanding at your reception; I still believe in you. Although perhaps it's in vain...

The clinic is nice and clean. But that's where the positives end. I didn't like the consultation; I wouldn't want to be treated here. I had to find out everything myself, and even though I had an appointment, I was seen 20 minutes after my scheduled time. The consultation costs 25 euros, and no additional tests are included in the price.

Great dental clinic with a friendly and professional team. Excellent care and a great experience. Highly recommend!
