“I got vaccinated against HPV. At the first appointment, the therapist couldn't explain which strains the vaccine protects against. He didn't warn me that it is administered three times at specific intervals. I had to come back again when the doctor finally figured it out. They charged me 100 lari for the 'consultation', plus 30 for the injection. Today I came for the second time. Again, they scheduled a consultation. They charged 100 lari for measuring temperature, blood pressure, and asking, 'Was everything okay after the first injection?' I asked if I could write a waiver of claims so that the doctor wouldn't take responsibility, and we could skip the consultation stage. They replied that they had never done that. I feel cheated. The volume and quality of the services provided do not correspond to their cost at all.”
