I entered the laboratory at 17:15 to get tests done for my 2.8-month-old baby. I came from the region with three children, one of whom is just 1 month old. I was told that they couldn't perform the tests because they finish work at 6 PM. I asked them to consider the situation, and the response I got was: "We have our own hours." At 17:30, the staff (the analyzer) left the workplace, got into the car, and drove away.
