“I got vaccinated against HPV. At the first appointment, the therapist couldn't explain which strains the vaccine protects against. He didn't warn me that it is administered three times at specific intervals. I had to come back again when the doctor finally figured it out. They charged me 100 lari for the 'consultation', plus 30 for the injection. Today I came for the second time. Again, they scheduled a consultation. They charged 100 lari for measuring temperature, blood pressure, and asking, 'Was everything okay after the first injection?' I asked if I could write a waiver of claims so that the doctor wouldn't take responsibility, and we could skip the consultation stage. They replied that they had never done that. I feel cheated. The volume and quality of the services provided do not correspond to their cost at all.”

“Overall, I like the clinic; I’ve seen different specialists and everything has always been fine. BUT! The other day I made an appointment with a trichologist, and it seemed to start well, but in the end, I still got the following phrase: well, something is wrong with your hormones, once we fix that, you’ll immediately want to have children. Excuse me, I didn’t even come to a gynecologist/endocrinologist. And I’m not here with a problem of not having a child. I don’t understand why your doctors allow themselves to make such statements in 2026, especially since no one asked them why I haven’t had pregnancies, abortions, or children at 29. The second red flag was that the doctor didn’t offer alternatives for the medications that are simply not available in Georgia and are practically impossible to order on regular marketplaces (I won’t even mention the cost of 300 lari). And when I saw that they prescribed me remedies from the 'Sacred Phoenix,' I was completely taken aback.”
