"Today I got a complete shock at this hospital... I have been a lawyer for 23 years and have never seen such incompetence and illegality in any medical institution. I was contacted by a Russian-speaking client whose husband was hospitalized in this clinic. She told me that I have been going for three days and they have not provided me with any information about the patient's condition. To be honest, at first I found it hard to believe it... However, the situation turned out to be even worse. They told me on the spot that my client had been mistaken for another patient and that's why they did not provide me with the information :)) In short, I did not believe this tale and requested information on the spot (I must note that the young doctor adequately provided me with the information. My client had to hire a lawyer to get this information). The Ministry of Health should tighten control. Doctors and the administration should be forced to read and understand the law on patient rights. This is not possible. People in the hospital are already stressed, and there is no need to add inadequate behavior from the administration."
