It's rare to find a clinic like this. The doctor (I saw a urologist) was able to accurately understand the diagnosis, prescribed only the necessary tests, and didn't do anything unnecessary, only the most necessary. The overall attitude was very good and humane; it seems like they genuinely want to cure you, and for that, I'm very grateful. By comparison, I went to another clinic in another country, and the doctor, unfortunately, did a lot of unnecessary things and prescribed antibiotics that were completely ineffective, as this was simply an incorrect diagnosis. That's why the name "Diagnosis" is no accident, and it lives up to its promise. I hope this clinic continues to treat and help people, thank you very much for that ❤️”

“I had a confirmed appointment for a surgical procedure, which I scheduled well in advance. On the day of the operation, after preparing mentally and physically, and waiting for hours, I was informed that they would not be able to proceed with the surgery. No clear explanation was given, no prior notice, and absolutely no regard for the time, effort, or emotional toll this caused. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable, especially from a clinic that handles medical procedures. I lost an entire day, missed other appointments, and now have to start the process all over again elsewhere. If you value your time, health, or peace of mind – stay far away from this place. Completely unprofessional and utterly disappointing.”
