One evening I brought in a pensioner; he was weak, could barely move, and I barely got him inside. The registrar girl "advised" that I take him elsewhere: the doctor should examine him, what does "elsewhere" mean, I said, and she called the doctor, who said to take him elsewhere, and the situation never got to the point of him being examined. I understand it's evening, that the emergency reception "is lazy" and the doctor "is sleeping", but is this professionalism? With this attitude I wouldn't have stayed there, but where and how such terrible doctors and staff were gathered is a question.
