Ms. Nino Ninianidze, this review is directly from me to you! P.S. I consciously did not mention the profession that is indicated on the clinic's website, as I consider your work to be completely unprofessional.

I was interested in non-surgical nose correction and the day before, I wrote on WhatsApp with specific medical questions: which brand of the product they use, whether they have hyaluronidase available for complications (vascular blockage), and what experience the doctor has specifically with noses. I didn’t receive a response, so I called the same day, but they didn’t answer the call either. The response only came the next day, and my questions were still ignored; they only wrote down the price (650-800 lari). After trying to clarify again, the same thing happened. An injection in the nose area carries the risk of vascular blockage and serious complications. The lack of transparency on these issues and timely communication response was enough reason for me to cancel the visit. A screenshot is attached.

I visited Total Charm for an initial consultation, and although I haven't decided on anything serious yet, my overall impression is 4 stars. Everything is clean and tidy, the staff is polite, but sometimes I had to wait a bit longer than I planned, which was a bit frustrating.

The worst service I have ever encountered. How do you expect to book clients if you can't even respond about the price on Instagram? Situation: my friend booked a laser hair removal appointment because supposedly it's good at this clinic, but neither on the website, nor on Instagram, nor even during a personal visit could they tell me the price. I arrived on the day of the appointment and asked the administrator to show me the price list, to which they replied that it doesn't exist! And the girl started to recite some numbers from memory in a disorganized manner. This sounds surreal! Are you making this up? This is called a scam and fraud. I categorically do not recommend it. If the administrator greets you like this, it's scary to imagine what the masters are like and what they can do to you. 0/5

No price list. The manager didn’t know the prices either so she was just getting them out of her head. Very poor service.

Dr. Alexander Shemerovsky is a rare true professional, he is attentive, precise, and very careful. I felt completely comfortable and safe throughout the whole process.
