I went to the doctor on Saturday with a toothache. Dr. Natalia and her assistant were incredibly attentive and very friendly. The treatment they applied worked immediately that night, and they asked us to come back on Monday if it didn't improve. However, my pain is gone. And today they called to ask if I was doing well. Thank you to Dr. Natalia, her assistant, and the other staff for their care and attention.

Painless teeth cleaning for 240 lari! I am very grateful to Dr. Tea. For the first time, I had a professional hygiene session without inflamed gums and blood. She is a very careful and gentle specialist.

There is no price list either on the website or in the clinic itself. The administrator makes up prices off the top of her head. 350 lari was discussed for treatment + filling of 3 canals + filling of the tooth. They couldn't get into the canals and therefore couldn't treat them. The tooth was filled back for 250 lari (with an average cost of filling being 120-150 lari in the city). The administrator explained such a high price by saying, "We even gave you a discount of 100 lari for the fact that the doctor couldn't get into the canals!". Ah! So that's what it's called now! So I should be grateful for spending a total of 400 lari and several visits, and in the end, THEY DIDN'T EVEN TREAT ANYTHING, but charged me above the market price???? Initially, the cost of a completely treated tooth was announced as 500-550 lari. In the end, the main part of the work - treatment of 3 canals and filling was not done, but for some reason, the final cost came out to be 400 lari! 80% of the initially announced price. Scammers!!!! P.S. THE QUESTION WAS NOT THAT YOU DIDN'T PASS THE CANALS, BUT THAT YOU TOOK PAYMENT AS IF FOR A COMPLETELY TREATED TOOTH. WHY DID YOU TOUCH ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING IN YOUR RESPONSE EXCEPT THE KEY POINT? WHY WAS THE PAYMENT DETAIL NOT DISCLOSED? AT THE BEGINNING OF TREATMENT, THERE WAS NOT EVEN A WORD ABOUT THE FACT THAT THERE WERE FILLED CANALS AND THERE IS A RISK OF NOT UNFILLING THEM!!! THE FIRST DOCTOR EVEN ANNOUNCED THAT SHE WAS ABLE TO PASS 2 CANALS, EVEN THOUGH IT TURNED OUT TO BE UNTRUE. MAYBE STOP LYING? AND WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED THE CT THAT I ALSO PAID FOR IN MY EMAIL YET???

I visited Solo Clinic for one of my recent needs, and I can say that everything there is very clean and tidy. The staff is polite, and the doctors clearly know their stuff, although without unnecessary smiles — this is a clinic, not a spa. Overall, I got what I needed and I give a solid four for professionalism.

I've been to this clinic several times. I've had a cleaning, cavities treated, and a crown placed. My last visit was with Dr. Alex. My tooth turned out to be problematic (a few years ago, they didn't completely fill my root canal, and it became infected). Dr. Nino treated my root canals, and Dr. Alex placed the crown. Thank you so much for saving my tooth. Two months have passed, and everything is great.
