Honestly one of the nicest places I've ever been to for skin treatments. I had the 75-minute European facial with Tako, and she was so gentle. She kept checking the pressure and whether anything hurt, and she covered my eyes for the bright-light part, which most places never bother to do. Maia, who runs the place, is a total sweetheart. She talks you through everything and makes sure you're completely comfortable. The space itself is lovely. It smells amazing the second you walk in, it's spotless, and every detail is thought through, from the soft, hidden lighting and the music to the bathroom (the sheep toilet roll holder and the little bird-song box made me smile). If you're sensitive to bright lights and noise like I am, this place really gets it. Great value too. I've already booked my next visit.

One of the best facial experiences I've ever had. Maia is incredibly knowledgable. I have sensitive skin and she did an amazing job at tailoring the facial to my skin type and concerns, the results speak for themselves. She was also very kind to provide me with extra tips to help me make the most of my at-home skincare. Update: Came back for another appointment, very happy with the results! I’ve been to quite a few facials in different countries during my travels, and this is easily one of the best. Highly recommend.
